Abstract

　製造工程を少なくして低コストで製造でき、挿入損失の増加を抑えることのできる非可逆回路素子を得る。 　一対の永久磁石によって挟み込まれて直流磁界が印加されるフェライト（３２）と、該フェライト（３２）に配置された第１中心電極（３５）及び第２中心電極（３６）とからなるフェライト・磁石組立体を備えた非可逆回路素子（２ポート型アイソレータ）。フェライト（３２）は、中心層（３３）と第１及び第２中心電極（３５），（３６）の絶縁状態を確保する外側層（３４Ａ），（３４Ｂ）とで構成され、外側層（３４Ａ），（３４Ｂ）の飽和磁化は中心層（３３）の飽和磁化よりも小さい。
