Abstract

L'invention concerne un panneau d'affichage au plasma comportant un premier substrat et un second substrat qui se font face. Le premier substrat est muni d'une première et d'une seconde électrode de bus (Xb, Yb), d'une couche diélectrique (DL1) et d'une électrode d'adresse (AE) ; tandis que le second substrat est muni de première et seconde cloisons (BR1, BR2). Les première et seconde électrodes de bus (Xb, Yb) s'étendent dans une première direction (D1) et sont agencées avec un certain intervalle sur le premier substrat ; l'électrode d'adresse (AE) s'étend dans une seconde direction (D2) croisant la première direction (D1) et est agencée sur la couche diélectrique (DL1) couvrant les première et seconde électrodes de bus (Xb, Yb). La première cloison (BR1) s'étend dans la seconde direction (D2) et est agencée en une position proche de l'électrode d'adresse (AE) sur le second substrat. En outre, la seconde cloison (BR2) s'étend dans la première direction (D1) et est agencée sur le second substrat tout en faisant face à la seconde électrode de bus (Yb). L'aire d'application d'une substance fluorescente est ainsi augmentée et une décharge accidentelle prévenue.
