Abstract
蛍光を検出することによって二本鎖核酸の形成に係る情報を得る方法であって、簡便で様々な反応系に適用することができ、かつ、バックグラウンドシグナルを減少させた高検出感度の方法を提供する。二本鎖核酸の形成に係る情報を得る方法であって、一の核酸鎖に標識された標識蛍光色素と、二本鎖核酸の塩基対間に結合又は挿入して、前記蛍光色素との間でエネルギー移動をし得るインターカレーターとからなる検出子の蛍光に係る情報を検出することを特徴とする方法。
