Abstract
圧電トランスによる昇圧効率が高く、電源効率の高い直流高電圧電源装置を提供する。直流高電圧電源装置100は、スイッチング素子111~114およびチョークコイル117を有し、スイッチング素子111~114の動作により直流入力電圧を交流電圧に変換する駆動回路110と、変換された交流電圧が入力されることで駆動され、昇圧された交流電圧を出力する圧電トランス120と、n個のダイオードを有し、n倍の倍電圧整流を行うことで、出力された交流電圧を直流電圧に変換する多段型倍電圧整流回路130と、を備え、圧電トランス120の出力インピーダンスは、所定の数式を満たす。圧電トランス120の仕様を直流高電圧電源装置100の負荷140の仕様に適合させることで、圧電トランス120の昇圧効率を高くし、直流高電圧電源装置100の電源効率を高くすることができる。
