Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'assemblage selon lequel un premier élément métallique (1a) et un second élément métallique (1b) sont mis en butée l'un contre l'autre pour former un élément métallique assemblé (1), et les premier et second éléments métalliques (1a, 1b) sont assemblés ensemble par soudage par friction-malaxage, un outil rotatif (G) étant déplacé par rapport à l'élément métallique assemblé (1). Le procédé comporte une première étape d'assemblage final pour appliquer un soudage par friction-malaxage aux joints (J1) entre les premier et second éléments métalliques (1a, 1b) à partir d'une surface avant (A) de l'élément métallique assemblé (1), une seconde étape d'assemblage final pour appliquer un soudage par friction-malaxage aux joints (J1) à partir d'une surface arrière (B) de l'élément métallique assemblé (1), une étape de formation de rainures pour former des rainures (K) le long des parties des joints (J1) qui se situent dans une première surface latérale (C) et une seconde surface latérale (D) de l'élément métallique assemblé (1), une étape de mise en place d'éléments de liaison pour mettre en place des éléments de liaison (U) dans les rainures (K), et une étape d'assemblage d'éléments de liaison pour appliquer un soudage par friction-malaxage aux parties où les rainures (K) et les éléments de liaison (U) sont en butée entre eux.
