Abstract
安定的に低コストで製造が行われ、フィレットの優先的によるフィン剥がれが起こらない高耐食性の熱交換器用部材の製造方法を提供する。 アルミニウムまたはその合金からなる基材の表面に、Alより腐食電位が卑なる金属またはその合金もしくはその化合物からなる金属粒子を高速で噴射し、その金属粒子を機械的に付着させて金属付着層を形成する熱交換器用部材の製造方法であって、平均粒径(x)が25μm以下の金属粒子を、温度:200~400°C、粒子速度(y):100~400m/secで噴射することを特徴とする。
