Abstract

 ホウ素濃度の低い純水を効率よく製造するために、超純水製造装置は、活性炭装置1と、ヒータ2と、膜式濾過装置3と、原水タンク4と、前処理装置5と、電気脱イオン装置6と、一次純水のサブタンク7とから構成されており、前処理装置5は、第1の逆浸透膜(RO)装置8と、第2の逆浸透膜(RO)装置9と、脱炭酸膜装置10とにより構成され、この前処理装置5が、原水W0の水質に応じて、塩化物イオン濃度100ppb以下の処理水W1を電気脱イオン装置6の脱塩室に導入し得るように設計されている。
