Abstract

 基板(10)上に、LEDパッケージ(20)と、FET(42)を含むLEDドライバと、サーミスタ(30)とを配置する。LEDパッケージ(20)は、基板(10)上に複数配置する。これにより、基板(10)上には、LEDパッケージ(20)を頂点として画定された多角形の領域(50)および領域(60)が形成される。領域(50)内にはサーミスタ(30)を配置し、領域(50)外となる領域(60)内にはFET(42)を配置する。サーミスタ(30)は、領域(50)内の温度を検出する。このような構成によれば、サーミスタ(30)は、領域(50)内の温度に基づいて、FET(42)からの発熱の影響を受けることなくLEDパッケージ(20)から伝わる温度を検出することができる。そのため、温度補正を効率よく行って、色温度および輝度を安定させることができる。
