Abstract

　膨張したエアバッグの下部にチャイルドシート等の物体が接触した場合にも、開閉型ベントホールが開又は大開度となるエアバッグ及びエアバッグ装置。エアバッグ１０は、第１蓋体２１によって開閉される第１開閉型ベントホール１１と、第２蓋体２２によって開閉される第２開閉型ベントホール１２とを有する。第１蓋体２１は第１テザー３１によってエアバッグ１０の乗員対向面１０ｆに連結され、第２蓋体２２は、第２テザー３２によってエアバッグ１０の下部１０ｂに連結されている。膨張したエアバッグ１０の下部１０ｂに物体が接触した場合には、第２テザー３２が弛んで第２蓋体２２がエアバッグ１０内のガス圧により第２開閉型ベントホール１２から離反し、これにより第２開閉型ベントホール１２が開となる。
