　動力用エアーモーターを効率良く回転するためのエアー循環回路であって、始動用エアータンク、ストップバルブ、３方バルブ、アクセレレーター、ソレノイドバルブ、エアーコントロールユニット、第１エアー増幅器、動力用エアーモーター、第１分流器、第１サージングタンク、第２エアー増幅器および第３エアー増幅器、第３サージングタンク、エアーレギュレーター、ブロワーの吸気ポート、第２サージングタンク、チェックバルブ、第２分流器、第４サージングタンク、第３コンプレッサーを備えることを特徴とする。これにより、エアーモーターを効果的に回転するエアー循環回路が得られ、安定したエアー循環回路を確立可能にし、エアーモーターの回転力を動力として使用可能となる。
