Abstract

La présente invention concerne un robinet à structure composite avec ou sans soupape, pour brûleurs à gaz, cuisines ou plans de cuisson. Le robinet est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une âme (1) (ou « cœur » ou élément interne) à travers laquelle du gaz passe et à l'intérieur de laquelle des chambres et trous nécessaires habituellement disposés dans un robinet traditionnel sont obtenus (à partir d'une barre et non à partir d'un élément pressé à chaud), ladite âme étant faite de laiton, et une « chemise » externe d'encapsulation (2), faite d'aluminium, réalisée à partir d'un élément tubulaire simple, couplée de façon serrée, de façon à réaliser sensiblement un seul corps avec l'âme interne en laiton, et permettant ainsi d'économiser des coûts en raison de la quantité plus faible de laiton nécessaire et à l'élimination de l'opération de pressage à chaud.
