Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 粘土(greda)または、アルミナ、シリカ、炭素およびその他の混合物の栓を使用する溶解炉の溶融金属路を穿孔し開口するためなど、任意の種類の材料を溶融によって穿孔および/または切断するために利用されるサーミックランスを連結するための、連結するのに外部部材を必要としないワンタッチ連結の連結装置(1)であって、前記装置の各端部に内部円形溝を2箇所(2および3)備える、面取りされた端部を有する中空円筒を含むことを特徴とする連結装置。
- 前記連結装置の各端部からの第1の溝は、スナップリング用の溝(3)と呼ばれ、前記連結装置の中心へ向かって第2の溝は、Oリング用の溝(2)と呼ばれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の連結装置。
- スナップリング用の各溝(3)には、焼入れ焼戻し鋼のスナップリング(4)が入ることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の連結装置。
- Oリング用の各溝(2)には、優れた密封を発生させるのに適した硬度を有するOリング(5)が入ることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の連結装置。
- 前記連結装置がサーミックランスと連結されることを特徴とし、前記サーミックランスは、2つの逆円錐形端部を含み、かつ、その覆いの各端部に外部環状溝を有し、前記外部環状溝に前記スナップリングが嵌め込まれることで前記ランスと前記連結装置との嵌合を確実にすることを可能にすることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の連結装置。
- 前記連結装置がサーミックランスと連結されることを特徴とし、前記サーミックランスは、逆円錐形端部のうちの1つを含み、その覆いに、前記逆円錐形端部の直前に外部環状溝を有し、前記外部環状溝に前記スナップリングが嵌め込まれることで前記ランスと前記連結装置との嵌合を確実にすることを可能にすることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の連結装置。
- 前記連結装置は前記装置の各端部にサーミックランスを連結することを可能にすることを特徴とする請求項5および6のいずれかに記載の連結装置。
- 少なくとも一方が逆円錐形である端部を含み、覆いに外部環状溝を有しているサーミックランスと連結するのに有用であることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の連結装置の使用。
- 各連結装置は2本のランスを同時に連結するのに有用であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の連結装置の使用。
