Abstract

 管電圧を切り替えている間に被検体に照射されるX線の被曝を低減し得るマルチエネルギー型X線CT装置を提供する。  寝台に載せられた被検体にX線ビームを照射するX線管1と、X線管1と対向配置され前記被検体を透過したX線を検出する検出器3と、前記被検体の体軸を中心にX線管1と検出器3が円周方向に回転しながらX線ビームを照射して前記被検体のX線透過データを検出器3で取得するDAS10と、取得された被検体のX線透過データから断層画像を再構成処理する再構成演算器11と、DAS10によって取得される間に、X線管1に印加される電圧を切り替えるX線制御器6と、X線管1と前記被検体の間に配置され、X線制御器6によってX線管1に印加される電圧が切り替えられたX線ビームのエネルギーを変更するX線フィルタ2と、DAS10によって取得される間に、X線フィルタ2を駆動させるX線フィルタ制御器7と、を備える。
