Abstract

 回路面積およびコストアップを小さく抑えたまま、負荷に安定して電力を供給することができる給電システムおよび電圧安定化方法を提供する。絶縁コンバータ10と非絶縁コンバータ20との間に電圧安定化回路40を配置し、絶縁コンバータ10からの入力電圧Vinが上昇した場合、コンデンサ41を介してトランジスタ45にベース電流Ibを流すことによりトランジスタ41のコレクタにベース電流Ibのhfe倍のコレクタ電流Icを流すことにより、コンデンサ41の静電容量Cに対して、トランジスタ45の電流増幅率hfe倍に相当する静電容量を有するコンデンサが、電力供給ライン31とグランド32との間に挿入された場合とほぼ同じ効果を生じさせる。
