Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé par lequel de fines perles de gel de haute performance sur lesquelles est immobilisé un microorganisme utile à une haute densité peuvent être produites de façon industrielle à haut rendement et sans danger, à faible coût, d'une manière extrêmement aisée. La dimension de particule de perles peut être réglée à n'importe quelle valeur désirée dans une large plage. Une première émulsion E/H obtenue par dispersion dans une phase huileuse d'un microorganisme utile et une solution aqueuse contenant un polymère soluble dans l'eau pour une formation de gel est mélangée avec agitation avec une seconde émulsion E/H obtenue par dispersion dans une phase huileuse d'une solution aqueuse contenant des cations polyvalents, permettant ainsi d'amener des gouttelettes des phases dispersées dans les deux émulsions E/H à entrer en collision entre elles. On obtient ainsi les perles de gel contenant le microorganisme utile immobilisé sur des parties intérieures de celles-ci.
