Abstract

 粒径分布が狭く単分散性及び結晶性に優れ、発光強度が高い半導体ナノ粒子蛍光体の製造方法を提供する。また、当該製造方法によって製造された半導体ナノ粒子蛍光体を用い、生体分子に対する検出性を高めた半導体ナノ粒子標識体を提供する。本発明の半導体ナノ粒子蛍光体の製造方法は、平均粒径1~10nmの半導体ナノ粒子蛍光体の製造方法において、複数の工程でエネルギー付与を行うことを特徴とする。
