图 1示出了本发明的系统用户设定。 请参见图 1， 系统用户主要包括： 系统 管理员、 超级管理员、 价格审核员、 操作员、 供应商、 买家、 货代船运以及所 有人。 其中系统管理员是公司部门管理人员， 负责系统的配置和维护； 超级管 理员是公司部分管理人员， 负责分配数据库信息， 査看项目状态、 员工工作情 况等； 价格审核员是公司员工， 负责围绕订单项目所有必要价格的审核， 査看 与管理项目的财务情况； 操作员是公司员工， 负责系统流程的基本操作， 例如 管理产品资料、 供应商资料、 客户资料以及操作业务流程等； 供应商是工厂操 作人员， 负责管理工厂产品信息， 接受系统订单并进行相关操作； 货代船运是 货代船运负责人， 负责管理自己的航线， 接受系统的航线订单或其他订单； 买 家， 负责査阅产品的公共信息， 下订单， 査看订单并进行相关的操作； 而所有 人可以査阅不受限的公共信息。
系统用户可以在异地实现信息共享与交流， 例如： 买家通常来自全球各地， 供应商与进出口操作员通常也可能来自不同省份， 而系统管理员则可以在出差 等特殊情况中及时了解外贸项目的进度。 图 2示出了本发明的本发明的基于网络平台的贸易方法的一个较佳实施例 的流程。 请参见图 2， 下面是对该方法流程中各步骤的详细描述。 在该贸易方法 中， 每一类用户都有一个独立的操作界面， 但其操作又与其他类型的用户紧密 联系， 不可分割。 系统操作基本上是围绕买家订单进行的。
步骤 S1 : 供应商将产品发布到平台。
步骤 S2 : 操作员核实产品资料后提交给客户界面。 产品资料的基本信息包 括产品英文名称、 产品中文名称、 产品货号、 产品类别、 增值税率、 品牌、 出 厂价金额及单位、 具体规格描述、 最小订货数量及单位、 单件长宽高值及单位、 包含内盒数、 毛重净重值及单位、 产品图片等。
步骤 S3 : 买家査看产品， 对感兴趣的产品进行定制和询盘。 这里所说的定 制可以是将供应商提供的产品的某些参数进行更改， 也可以是不根据任何现有 的产品而完全定制一个新的产品定制项。 具体地说， 买家对产品的款式、 材料、 颜色、 包装进行定制， 并上传样品图片， 填写买家货号、 价格及价格单位、 数 量及数量单位等。
询盘主要是选择一个商品， 然后选择或填写报价货币单位、价格条款（F0B、 CNF, CIF ) 、 离岸港、 到岸港、 货柜积体及其他备注信息， 确认个人信息正确 后提交给系统。
步骤 S4: 操作员审核询盘， 并将询盘分配给提交该产品的供应商， 供应商 返盘。
步骤 S5 : 操作员审核后要求确认价格， 价格审核员对价格进行确认并回复 该客户。
步骤 S6: 判断买家是否满意， 若满意则进入下一步， 否则返回步骤 S3重新 定制询盘。
步骤 S7 : 买家在网络平台上下订单。 下订单就是将成功确认的询盘， 加上 生产时间、 进度要求和合同信息等， 形成一个订单。
步骤 S8 : 操作员审核订单， 并将订单分解为工厂订单和航运订单， 将工厂 订单分配给工厂， 将航运订单分配给航运公司。
步骤 S9 : 工厂将生产进度发布到平台上， 同时航运公司也将航运信息发布 到平台上。
步骤 S10 : 根据合同进行收款和付款的工作。
步骤 S11 : 对订单进行财务分析， 产生财务报表。 财务分析的内容包括项目 资金发生时间、 收支情况、 收支金额、 收支详细情况。
图 3示出了本发明的基于网络平台的贸易系统的总体结构。请参见图 3， 本 系统主要包括： 用以存储相关数据和信息的数据库 1、 产品模块 2、 定制 /询盘 模块 3、 订单模块 4、 单证模块 5、 用户模块 6、 航运模块 7以及财务模块 8。 本 系统是采用 B/S ( Brower/Server ) 模式， 这种模式的架构对网络要求较低， 可 适用任何一个网络接入方式一从目前的拨号连接、 无线到卫星， 通过该服务平 台还为每个经过认证的用户连接到唯一的 URL。
请参见图 4， 产品模块 2包括产品信息査看模块 21、 产品添加模块 22、 产 品编辑模块 23、 产品审核模块 24和产品删除模块 25。 其中产品信息査看模块 21显示产品的基本信息， 该模块面向所有人， 通过该模块可以査看产品英文名 称、 中文名称、 产品货号、 产品类别、 增值税率、 品牌、 出厂价金额及单位、 具体规格描述、 最小订货数量及单位、 单件长宽高值及单位、 包含内盒数、 毛 重净重值及单位、 产品图片等。
供应商通过产品添加模块 22添加自己的产品， 该些产品的信息存储于数据 库 1中。 添加产品的信息包括产品英文名称、 中文名称、 产品货号、 产品类别、 增值税率、 品牌、 出厂价金额及单位、 具体规格描述、 最小订货数量及单位、 单件长宽高值及单位、 包含内盒数、 毛重净重值及单位、 产品图片等。
供应商和超级管理员通过产品编辑模块 23更改除产品货号以外的所有产品 属性。
价格审核员通过产品审核模块 24审核产品信息， 将产品显示到前台的产品 展示页中。 此外， 供应商和超级管理员还通过产品删除模块 25删除数据库 1中 指定产品的产品信息。
请参见图 5， 定制 /询盘模块 3包括定制添加模块 31、 定制査看模块 32、 定 制管理模块 33、 询盘信息査看模块 34、 询盘添加模块 35、 询盘审核模块 36、 询盘交流模块 37。 买家通过定制添加模块 31对产品进行定制， 定制的产品信息 存储在数据库 1中， 这里的定制是指客户将供应商提供的产品的某些参数进行 更改或者不根据任何现有的产品而完全定制一个新的产品定制项。 定制的内容 包括对产品的款式、 材料、 颜色、 包装进行定制， 并可上传样品图片、 填写买 家货号、 价格及价格单位、 数量及数量单位等。
定制査看模块 32显示买家定制的产品信息， 买家、 操作员和超级管理员通 过该模块査看买家建立的详细定制内容。 买家、 操作员和超级管理员通过定制 管理模块 33对客户定制的产品信息进行修改。
买家依据定制的产品通过询盘添加模块 35建立询盘。具体是选择一个商品， 然后选择或填写报价货币单位、 价格条款（F0B、 CNF, CIF ) 、 离岸港、 到岸港、 货柜体积及其他备注信息， 确认个人信息正确后提交给系统。
询盘信息査看模块 34显示询盘信息。 买家利用询盘信息査看模块 34査看 所有未提交及已提交的询盘信息， 在已提交的询盘中査看询盘的确认状态。 供 应商利用询盘信息査看模块 34査看收到的询盘并进行反馈。 航运公司利用该模 块査看收到的询盘并进行反馈。 操作员利用该模块査看买家、 供应商、 航运公 司询盘的信息及反馈的信息。
价格审核员通过询盘审核模块 36对询盘价格进行审核确认。买家、操作员、 超级管理员、 供应商和船运货代针对某一询盘通过询盘交流模块 37进行信息交 互。
请参见图 6， 订单模块 4包括订单査看模块 41、 订单添加模块 42、 订单审 核模块 43和订单分配模块 44。买家通过订单添加模块 42在网络平台上下订单， 就是将成功确认的询盘加上生产时间、 进度要求、 合同信息等， 生成一个订单 并存储至数据库 1中。
订单査看模块 41显示客户下的订单信息。 买家通过订单査看模块 41査看 自己所下的订单信息， 包括生产时间、 生产进度、 合同信息和之前的询盘信息 等。 供应商通过该模块査看自己接收到的订单信息， 包括生产时间、 生产进度、 合同信息和之前的询盘信息等。 船运公司通过该模块査看自己接收到的订单信 息， 包括货物装运内容信息、 货物装运时间信息和货物装运港口信息。
价格审核员通过订单审核模块 43对订单信息进行审核， 以便下一步的操作 。 操作员和超级管理员通过订单分配模块 44将审核后的订单分解成工厂订单和 航运订单， 将工厂订单分配给相应的工厂， 将航运订单分配给相应的航运公司 请参见图 7， 单证模块 5包括单证生成模块 51、 单证査看模块 52、 单证预 览模块 53和单证打印模块 54。 单证生成模块 51提取订单相关的信息， 生成单 证， 例如商业发票包括发票号码、 日期、 合同号、 商品及金额信息、 口岸信息 等。 单证査看模块 52可査看项目的单证信息， 单证预览模块 53将选定的单证 显示成单证实际的布局， 单证打印模块 54将选定的单证打印出来。
请参见图 8， 用户模块 6包括用户添加模块 61、 用户管理模块 62、 用户删 除模块 63、 用户信息模块 64。 用户添加模块 61将注册的用户添加到数据库中， 添加的用户类型可以是买家、 超级管理员、 供应商、 船运货代。 用户添加包括 前台用户添加 （用户注册） 和后台用户添加。 前台用户添加 （用户注册） 提供 的信息包括用户名、 密码、 真实姓名、 所在国家、 所在城市、 称谓、 产品名称、 常用港口、 所在公司名称、 所在公司地址、 电子邮件、 电话、 传真、 邮政编码、 备注信息、 认证证明等。 后台用户添加提供的信息包括用户名、 密码和分组权 限等。
用户管理模块 62提供对买家、超级管理员、供应商和船运货代的用户管理， 通过修改数据库中的用户信息来实现， 包括前台用户管理自身的资料和后台管 理用户信息。 前台用户通过该模块修改自己的密码、 所在公司地址、 电子邮件、 电话、 传真、 邮政编码、 备注信息和产品类别等。
用户删除模块 63用于允许管理员删除指定的某个用户。 用户信息査看模块 64能够査看用户的基本信息， 包括用户名、 真实姓名、 所在国家、 所在城市、 称谓、 产品类别、 常用港口、 所在公司名称、 所在公司地址、 电子邮件、 电话、 传真、 邮政编码、 备注信息和认证证明等。
请参见图 9， 航运模块 7包括航线添加模块 71、 航线管理模块 72、 航线审 核模块 73和航运信息査看模块 74。 航线添加模块 71用于船运货代将航运公司 的航线产品添加到数据库， 内容包括出发港、 目的港、 价格单位、 各种货柜类 型 （20GP/40GP/40HQ/拼箱） 的运费及杂费、 出船日、 船运公司、 航程、 备注等 航线管理模块 72供船运货代修改航线的价格单位、各种货柜类（20GP/40GP /40HQ/拼箱） 的运费及杂费、 出船日、 船运公司、 航程、 备注等。 航向审核模 块供价格审核员对用户提交的航线进行审核， 成为有效的航线。 航运信息査看 模块供操作员、 超级管理员和船运货代査看航线的信息， 内容包括出发港、 目 的港、 价格单位、 各种货柜类型 （20GP/40GP/40HQ/拼箱） 的运费及杂费、 出船 日、 船运公司、 航程、 备注等。
请参见图 10， 财务模块 8包括财务信息査看模块 81、 财务预决算分析模块 82、 财务信息添加模块 83和财务报表模块 84。 财务信息査看模块 81供操作员 和超级管理员査看项目资金发生时间、 收支情况、 收支金额、 收支详细信息等 。 财务信息添加模块 83供操作员和超级管理员添加资金发生时间、 收支情况、 收支金额、 收支详细信息、 所属项目、 收付方式、 银行账户信息等。 财务预决 算分析模块 82供操作员和超级管理员添加财务预算， 并在实际发生时将相关的 款项对应起来， 对项目的预决算进行分析。 财务报表模块 84生成财务报表。
本发明的贸易系统采用了 B/S ( Brower/Server ) 模式， 这种架构的服务平 台无缝集成了各种应用和各种平台， 使得用户使用一个标准的浏览器就可以安 全地运行 windows下的各种应用程序， 这种架构对网络要求较低， 可适用任何 网络接入方式： 从目前的拨号连接、 无线连接到卫星， 通过这个服务平台为每 一个经过认证的用户连接到唯一的 URL。
上述实施例是提供给本领域普通技术人员来实现或使用本发明的， 本领域 普通技术人员可在不脱离本发明的发明思想的情况下， 对上述实施例做出种种 修改或变化， 因而本发明的保护范围并不被上述实施例所限， 而应该是符合权 利要求书提到的创新性特征的最大范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 1 一种基于网络平台的贸易方法， 所述方法包括：
(1) 供应商将产品发布到平台；
(2) 操作员核实产品资料后提交给客户界面；
(3) 买家査看商品， 并对产品进行定制和询盘；
(4) 操作员审核询盘， 并将询盘分配给提交该产品的供应商， 供应商返盘；
(5) 操作员审核后要求确认价格， 价格审核员对价格进行确认并回复给客户
(6) 买家若满意则进行下一步， 否则返回步骤 （3) 重新建立询盘；
(7) 买家在网络平台上下订单；
(8) 操作员审核订单， 并将工厂订单分配给工厂， 将航运订单分配给航运公 司；
(9) 工厂将生产进度发布到平台上， 航运公司同时将航运信息发布到平台上
(10) 进行收款及付款的工作；
(11) 对订单进行财务分析， 产生财务报表。
2 根据权利要求 1所述的基于网络平台的贸易方法， 其特征在于， 发布的产品 信息包括产品英文名称、 产品中文名称、 产品货号、 产品类别、 增值税率、 品 牌、 出厂价金额及单位、 具体规格描述、 最小订货数量及单位、 单件长宽高值 及单位、 包含内盒数、 毛重净重值及单位、 产品图片。
3 根据权利要求 1所述的基于网络平台的贸易方法， 其特征在于， 该定制是 买家将供应商提供的产品的参数进行更改。
