在一个实施例中, 污水依靠水位差压先进入预过滤筒 1进行粗过滤以拦 截较大污物, 再进入潜水泵(未示出), 依靠泵压力(或水位压差)通过管路、 进水阀 2, 由罐体下部三通进入聚油滤芯 3内, 然后经过骨架层 31、 精滤层 32、破乳层 33、聚结层 34, 由聚油滤芯侧面溢出, 油滴浮于罐体内上部空间, 干净水通过溢水管 5、阀门 6排出。当污油聚集较多时,关闭净水排放阀门 6, 开启污水排放阀门 7, 使污油通过阻水滤芯 4、 阀门 7排出。 排油结束后, 打 开阀门 6, 关闭阀门 7, 进入正常工作。 当污物聚集过多、 聚油滤芯阻力增大 时, 打开阀门 8, 放掉污物, 然后关闭阀门 8 恢复正常工作。
图 3显示了本发明的另一个实施例,与图 1所示实施例的不同之处在于: 分别设置了净水排放管 24和污水排放管 25, 这样不仅可以通过净水排放管 24利用经过油水分离后的净水,而且还可以通过污水排放管 25将经由阀门 8 排放的污水返回到污水源头, 以便重新对污水进行油水分离处理。
本发明的优点是: 结构简单, 油水分离效果好, 分离后的净水可以冲马 桶也可以浇花、 浇地, 分离后的污油可以工业再利用; 此外本发明还适于大 小酒店、 大小客船使用。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种对厨房污水进行油水分离的方法, 包括以下步骤:
将厨房污水引入一个污水处理罐体 (17) 中;
用安装在罐体 (17) 中的破乳层 (33 ) 破坏所述污水中的油水分子结合 力, 由此形成小油滴;
利用安装在罐体 (17 ) 中的聚结层 (34) 将所述小油滴聚结成大油滴, 使大油滴由于油水比重关系而漂浮在水面上;
然后利用阻水通油装置收集所述大油滴,从而使厨房污水的油和水分离。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述破乳层(33)是有机纤维层; 以及所述聚结层 (34) 是化学纤维层。
3、 一种厨余污水分油器, 包括:
罐体(17), 具有容置未分离污水的第一容室和容置被分离油、 水的第二 容室;
安装在罐体(17)之内的用于油水分离的聚油滤芯(3), 该聚油滤芯(3) 的内部围成所述第一容室, 外部与所述罐体 (17) 内壁围成所述第二容室; 位于罐体 (17 ) 上部的用于排放分离出的污油的污油排放装置; 以及 固定在罐体 (17) 内壁一侧的用于溢出净水的溢出管 (5)。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的厨余污水分油器, 还包括:
安装在罐体(17 )入口处的污水进水口 (19), 该进水口 (19)连通所述 聚油滤芯 (3) 的内部;
安装在罐体(17)外部的净水出水管 (20), 该净水出水管 (20) 的入口 连接所述溢出管 (5) 的出口;
安装在罐体(17)外部的排油管 (23), 该排油管 (23)连接所述污油排 放装置。
5、根据权利要求 3或 4所述的厨余污水分油器,其中,所述聚油滤芯(3) 是顶部密封、 底部开口的多层结构的筒体
6、 根据上述权利要 5所述的厨余污水分油器, 其中, 所述聚油滤芯(3 ) 的多层结构筒体包括:
位于筒体外侧的将小油滴聚结为大油滴的聚结层 (34), 以及
邻接所述聚结层 (34) 的用于破坏油水分子结合力的破乳层 (33)。
7、根据上述权利要求 6所述的厨余污水分油器,其中,所述聚油滤芯(3) 的多层结构筒体还包括:
邻接所述破乳层(33 )的用于滤除污水中的杂物的不锈钢网精滤层(32)。
8、根据上述权利要求 6所述的厨余污水分油器, 其中,所述破乳层(33 ) 是有机纤维层; 所述聚结层 (34) 是化学纤维层。
9、 根据上述权利要求 4所述的厨余污水分油器, 其中, 所述污油排放装 置是由金属孔板和喷涂聚四氟乙烯的不锈钢网制成的阻水滤芯 (4)。
10、 根据上述权利要求 9所述的厨余污水分油器, 其中, 所述聚油滤芯 ( 3 )可拆卸地安装到固定在罐体下内壁上的支撑座 (10)上; 以及所述阻水 滤芯 (4) 可拆卸地安装在罐体 (17 ) 上部的封盖 (13 ) 上。
