Abstract

異常要因特定方法は、良品と判定された製造品についての製造データの中から、主成分分析を行ってその製造品の製造条件を最も良く表す特徴量を少なくとも１つ抽出する（Ｓ３、Ｓ４）。抽出した特徴量を軸として表される特徴量空間における原点と各製造品の製造データが表す点との間の距離を、良品製造時の平均的な製造データと不良品製造時の各製造データとの間の主有意差としてそれぞれ算出する（Ｓ５）。この主有意差に占める各製造データの寄与率をそれぞれ主影響度として算出する（Ｓ６）。製造データの中から、良品製造時に対して不良品製造時に主影響度が実質的に増加した製造データを異常要因として特定する（Ｓ７、Ｓ８）。
