  • the appliance in question also comprises a control circuit for controlling the valves 8 and 9 and the pump. Pushbuttons are also provided connected to the control circuit for selecting its manner of operation. The invention operates in the following manner.
  • the control circuit operates the pump 10 and, when the fluid is under pressure, opens the first valve 8 to generate a bowl cleaning flow.
  • the control circuit then also opens the valve 9 and the nozzle 12 creates a jet which puts the bowl interior under negative pressure, facilitating the expulsion of the organic refuse present in the bowl, via the trap.
  • the combination of the flow generated by the optimally directed nozzles, its pressure and the sucking effect, provides excellent cleaning of the bowl surface from the organic refuse.
  • the WC of the present invention is fitted with two pushbuttons. A first enables a light cycle with a water quantity from 1 litre to 1.5 litres to be set, while the second sets a normal cycle with a water quantity from 2 to 3 litres. It should be noted that the presence of the pump enables the appliance to also be used in a configuration in which the cistern 6 is below the level of the distribution ring 7.
  • Figure 4 shows a device of the present invention represented very schematically. It shows for simplicity the bowl/ring/cistern/trap unit indicated by 30, the pump 10, and a collector 31 connected to the trap.
  • the collector can also be integrated into the aforedescribed appliance, or can be provided separately.
  • the collector is connected to the trap by a pipe 38 intercepted by a valve 32. It also comprises an exit 39, also intercepted by a valve.
  • the collector is also connected by a line 36 to the delivery of the pump 10 and by a line 37 to the intake of the pump 10. Each of these lines is intercepted by a respective valve 36, 37, controlled by said control circuit.
  • the collector In use, the collector is put under negative pressure via the line 37 (with the valve 33 open and the valves 32, 35 and 34 closed), by the pump 10, when this is not operating to pressurize the fluid of the cistern 6.
  • the valve 34 When the collector is under negative pressure the valve 34 is also closed.
  • discharge is activated, the valve 32 is opened and not only is there a sucking effect generated by the nozzle inserted into the trap, but there is also further outdrawing of the refuse caused by the negative pressure present in the collector.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil sanitaire pour la collecte et l'élimination de déchets organiques. L'appareil sanitaire comporte une cuvette (2) pour collecter lesdits déchets ; un piège sanitaire (3) communiquant avec la cuvette (2) par une ouverture de sortie située sur la base de la cuvette (12) ; une citerne (6) pour contenir une certaine quantité d'un fluide de rinçage ; et un anneau distributeur (7) relié à la citerne (6) et agencé pour transporter le fluide de rinçage le long des parois de ladite cuvette (2) ; une pompe (10) pour élever la pression du fluide avant qu'il n'atteigne l'anneau (7).
