Abstract
L'invention concerne, dans un mode de réalisation, l'utilisation d'un flux gazeux entraîné par plasma pour refroidir des dispositifs électroniques. Le dispositif de refroidissement comprend un ensemble ailettes de dissipateur thermique, un ensemble activateur de plasma et un ensemble circuit magnétique. L'ensemble activateur de plasma comprend des électrodes et des éléments diélectriques. Des tensions sont appliquées sur les électrodes pour entraîner le flux gazeux au plasma. L'ensemble circuit magnétique génère un champ magnétique destiné à interagir avec un champ électrique et un flux de plasma, et le flux gazeux ainsi induit est pompé dans ou hors de l'ensemble ailettes du dissipateur thermique de manière à refroidir les ailettes du dissipateur thermique.
