Abstract

 本発明に係る核酸と被験物質との結合親和性を測定するための組成物は、RNAに結合可能であって、かつ、RNAから遊離しているときの蛍光強度が、RNAに結合しているときの蛍光強度よりも強い有機蛍光体を含む。これにより、被験物質と核酸との結合親和性を測定するに際して、高精度かつ簡便に測定することができ、さらに、被験物質として様々な物質を利用可能とする。
