Abstract

L'invention porte sur un composé représenté par la formule (I) ci-après ou sur un sel acceptable du point de vue pharmaceutique de celui-ci, qui s'utilise comme inhibiteur de la rénine. (I) (Dans la formule, R1a représente un groupe alcoxy en C1-6 facultativement substitué ou similaire ; R1b et R1e peuvent être identiques ou différents et représentent indépendamment un atome d'hydrogène, un atome d'halogène ou similaire ; R1c et R1d peuvent être identiques ou différents et représentent indépendamment un atome d'hydrogène, un atome d'halogène ou similaire ; R1f et R1g peuvent être identiques ou différents et représentent indépendamment un atome d'hydrogène, un atome d'halogène ou similaire ; R2 représente un groupe alkyle en C1-6 facultativement substitué ou similaire ; R3a, R3b, R3c et R3d peuvent être identiques ou différents et représentent indépendamment un groupe -A-B (dans lequel A représente une simple liaison, un groupe -(CH2)sO ou similaire, et B représente un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle en C1-6 facultativement substitué ou similaire) ; R4 représente un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle en C1-6 facultativement substitué ou similaire ; s représente 0 ou similaire ; et n représente 1 ou similaire).
