Abstract

Cette invention porte sur un composé de formule (1) utile comme inhibiteur de la rénine, ou sur un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci. (I) dans laquelle R1a représente un groupe alkyle en C1-6 facultativement substitué ou similaire ; R1b et R1e, qui peuvent être identiques ou différents, représentent chacun indépendamment un atome d'hydrogène, un atome d'halogène ou similaire ; R1c et R1d, qui peuvent être identiques ou différents, représentent chacun indépendamment un atome d'hydrogène, un atome d'halogène ou similaire ; R1f représente un atome d'hydrogène ou similaire ; R2 représente un groupe alkyle en C1-6 facultativement substitué ou similaire ; R3a, R3b, R3c et R3d, qui peuvent être identiques ou différents, représentent chacun indépendamment un groupe -A-B, dans lequel A représente une simple liaison ou similaire et B représente un atome d'hydrogène ou similaire ; et n est 0 ou similaire.
