Abstract

 本発明の金属一体導電ゴム部品(10)は、導電性ゴム層(1)と絶縁性ゴム層(2)とが交互にかつ平行に積層され、前記導電性ゴム層(1)と前記絶縁性ゴム層(2)の境界部分は、前記導電性ゴム層と前記絶縁性ゴム層との架橋により一体化されており、前記導電性ゴム層(1)の体積固有抵抗は10-5Ω・cm以上10KΩ・cm以下、前記絶縁性ゴム層(2)の体積固有抵抗は1MΩ・cm以上1016Ω・cm以下の積層体であり、前記積層体の導電性方向とは直角な面の少なくとも一面に、導電性ゴムからなる導電性接着層(3)を介して金属板を一体化している。これにより、高い圧縮永久歪性を持ち、長期間に渡って安定的な電気的接続を得ることが可能で、プリント配線板上にボンディング可能でコストが低く、生産効率の良い金属一体導電ゴム部品を提供する。
