Abstract

 複合材料は、繰り返し単位中に、下記一般式(Ⅰ)又は(Ⅱ)で表される、フェノール性水酸基を有する構造を有するポリアミド化合物を含有するエポキシ樹脂硬化性組成物からなる層及びポリイミドからなる層を積層して得られる。前記複合材料は、好ましくは前記エポキシ樹脂硬化性組成物を、前記ポリイミドからなるフィルム又はシートの片面又は両面に塗布することで製造される。 (式(Ⅰ)中、環A及びRは炭素原子数6~18のアリーレン基又は炭素原子数13~25のアルキリデンジアリーレン基等を表す。) (式(Ⅱ)中、環Bは炭素原子数6~18のアリーレン基又は炭素原子数13~25のアルキリデンジアリール基を表す。)
