Abstract

 画素回路(10)のそれぞれを構成するトランジスタはNチャンネル型トランジスタであり、画素回路(10)のそれぞれは、電流発光素子(D1)に電流を流す電流経路に挿入されたイネーブルスイッチ(Q4)と、保持コンデンサ(C1)の端子のうち書込みスイッチ(Q2)が接続された端子の反対側の端子の電圧変動を抑制する補助コンデンサ(C2)とを備え、ドライバトランジスタ(Q1)のソースと低電圧側電源線(25)との間に電流発光素子(D1)が接続されるとともに、ドライバトランジスタ(Q1)のドレインと高電圧側電源線(24)との間にイネーブルスイッチ(Q4)を接続し、ドライバトランジスタ(Q1)のドレインと所定の電源線(26)との間に補助コンデンサ(C2)を接続した画像表示装置である。
