Abstract
The inventive scorovar tea-kettle is used for accelerated water heating and boiling on a gas stove. The aim of said invention is to reduce energy consumption by accelerated water heating. The aim is achieved by modifying the structural design for the tea-kettle, namely by increasing the heating surface thereof. In the scorovar tea-kettle, heat from a gas burner passes through the internal volume thereof along thermoconductive cavities made in the bottom and side wall of the tea-kettle. The comparison has been made between a flat-bottom tea-kettle and the scorovar tea-kettle provided with 16 thermoconductive cavities. The two tea-kettles are made from the same material and have the same dimensions. Water in the scorovar tea-kettle begins to boil 35-40% more quickly than in the flat-bottom tea-kettle, depending on the water quantity and fire intensity.

Суть изобретения заключается в том, что тепло от газовой горелки проходит через внутреннюю емкость чайника сквозь входные отверстия в днище и выходные отверстия в боковой стенке чайника. Входные и выходные отверстия соединены между собой теплопроводными полостями, которые герметично отделены от внутренней емкости чайника. Полости в нижней части днища чайника в местах соединения между собой образуют ребра заостренной формы. Размер входных отверстий увеличен для улучшенного приема тепла. Размер выходных отверстий уменьшен для задержки тепла. Количество и размеры теплопроводных полостей могут быть увеличены или уменьшены в зависимости от размеров чайника. Также может быть изменена и форма полостей.
