Abstract

 簡素な構成でありながらも正確な転動軌跡を実現でき、そのため精度の高い加工を行うことが可能なスイング式加工装置を提供する。  転動体3はベース1上を転動し、転動体1に取り付けた上型21とベース1側に配置した下型22とで、せん断、曲げ、穿孔などの加工を行う。転動体3に転動方向の前後方向に延びる一対の支持ロッド12、12を取り付ける。各支持ロッド12、12に重錘14、14をスライドベアリング13、13を介して摺動自在に支持する。両重錘14、14は連結部材15で連動させ。重錘14、14を転動方向に移動させることで、転動体3を転動させる。
