Abstract

 リン酸鉄処理鉄系金属面上に、フェノール樹脂および金属酸化物、好ましくはさらにハロゲン化ポリマーを含有してなる接着剤層およびアクリルゴム層を順次積層してなるアクリルゴム-金属複合体。このアクリルゴム-金属複合体は、リン酸鉄処理を金属面に施すことにより、金属とアクリルゴムとを接着した場合に、初期接着性および耐水性にもすぐれているのみならず、リン酸亜鉛処理のように処理後の表面粗さが大きくはなく、処理後の鋼板表面の粗さRa(JIS B 0601(1994)準拠)が0.6以下であるため、ゴムの焼き付けが行われない部分に接触する相手材の摩耗を低減させる。
