Abstract

 溶接部の遅れ水素割れおよび拡管工程での破断を生じることなく、かつ優れた溶接部および熱影響部の靭性を有する、引張強度900MPa以上のUOE鋼管を提供する。引張強度900MPa以上の母材に施工された溶接部の引張強度が母材の引張強度の95~110%の範囲に調整し、溶接部の溶接金属中酸素量を0.035質量%以下とし、外面側溶接を行う前に溶接部を75~250°Cの範囲に予熱する。
