Abstract

簡易な構成で汎用性を確保することができると共に、部品点数を減少させることができる電動パワーステアリング装置を提供する。コラムアシスト式の電動パワーステアリング装置であって、前記減速ギヤボックス４に、電動モータ５を装着するモータ装着部１７及び当該電動モータ５を駆動制御する制御ユニット１９を装着するユニット装着部２０を並設し、前記制御ユニット１９は、制御基板１９Ａと、パワー基板１９Ｂと、モジュール部品１９Ｃとで構成され、前記ユニット装着部２０に前記パワー基板１９Ｂ及び前記制御基板１９Ａが所定間隔を保ってその順に積層され、前記モジュール部品１９Ｃの電気的接続部が前記制御基板１９Ａ及び前記パワー基板１９Ｂ間に位置するように３層構造とされている。
