Abstract

【課題】分散補償を効果的に行うことが可能な眼底観察装置を提供する。 【解決手段】眼底観察装置1は、広帯域光(低コヒーレンス光L0)を信号光LSと参照光LRとに分割し、眼底Efを経由した信号光LSと参照ミラー174を経由した参照光LRとを重畳させて干渉光LCを生成し、干渉光LCの検出結果に基づいて眼底Efの画像を形成する光画像計測装置として機能する。眼底観察装置1は、眼球情報212aに基づいて参照光LRの分散の影響を補正し、その補正後に低コヒーレンス光L0に基づく干渉光LCを生成し、この干渉光LCを検出し、その検出結果に基づいて眼底EfのOCT画像を形成する。それにより、眼球光学系による分散の影響を考慮した効果的な分散補償を行うことが可能となる。
