Abstract
現在、豪雪地帯でも、ライフラインとしてのアンテナや電線は、生活を維持していく上で必須の設備であるが、厳冬期には、着氷着雪によるアンテナの破壊や電線の破断事故が絶えないのが現状である。そこで、一部のアンテナ等には、フッ素塗料を塗布して着氷着雪を防止しているが、フッ素樹脂の表面エネルギーは、せいぜい15mN/m程度であり、着氷着雪効果として満足できるものではなかった。 本発明は、前記現状に鑑み、表面エネルギーが2mN/m以下の表面を実現し、厳冬期の着氷着雪防止効果が極めて高いアンテナ及び電線を提供することより、着氷着雪によるアンテナの破壊や電線の破断事故を防止することを目的とする。 本発明では、基材表面が大きな凸凹と小さな凸凹に複合加工されており、それぞれの表面が撥水撥油防汚性薄膜で被われていることを特徴とする超撥水撥油表面を有する着氷着雪防止アンテナ及び電線とその製造方法を提供する。
