　第１，第２の平衡端子間の伝送特性の平衡度が改善された弾性波フィルタ装置を提供する。 　３ＩＤＴ型の縦結合型の第１，第２の弾性波フィルタ素子１３，１４が不平衡端子に並列に接続されており、第１のＩＤＴ２１及び第４のＩＤＴ２４の各一端が共通接続されて不平衡端子９に接続されており、第２，第３のＩＤＴ２２，２３が共通接続されて第１の平衡端子１０に接続されており、第５，第６のＩＤＴが共通接続されて第２の平衡端子１１に接続されており、第２，第３のＩＤＴ２２，２３の内、第１のアース端子３７に近い側のＩＤＴ２２と第２のアース端子３７とを電気的に接続している第１のアース線路の長さが、第５，第６のＩＤＴの内、第１のアース端子３７に近い側の第５のＩＤＴと第１のアース端子３７と電気的に接続している第２のアース線路よりも長くされている、弾性波フィルタ装置１４。
