Beschreibung
Hybridantrieb eines Kraftfahrzeugs
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Hybridantrieb eines Kraftfahr¬ zeugs, mit einem Verbrennungsmotor und mit mindestens einer elektrischen Maschine. Sie betrifft weiter ein Verfahren zum Betreiben eines derartigen Hybridantriebs.
Kraftfahrzeuge mit einem Hybridantrieb, so genannte Hybrid¬ fahrzeuge, sind als Parallel- oder Serienhybrid betreibbar. Solche Hybridfahrzeuge enthalten zusatzlich zu einer Brennkraftmaschine oder einem Verbrennungsmotor in der Regel als weitere Komponenten ein Automatikgetriebe mit einem Drehmo- mentwandler und einen oder zwei elektrische Antriebe sowie
Zwischenkupplungen und einen Energiespeicher (Fahrzeugbatterie) .
Zudem besteht bei einem Hybridfahrzeug die Möglichkeit, eine Leistungsverzweigung in Form eines Planetengetriebes mit einer als Generator arbeitenden zusätzlichen elektrischen Maschine vorzusehen. Ein derartiges Hybridkonzept ist jedoch aufwendig .
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen verbesserten Hybridantrieb für ein Fahrzeug anzugeben. Insbesondere soll eine Leistungsverzweigung auch ohne Verteiler- bzw. Planeten¬ getriebe ermöglicht sein. Des Weiteren soll ein besonders geeignetes Verfahren zum Betreiben eines derartigen Hybridan- triebs angegeben werden.
Bezuglich des Hybridantriebs wird die genannte Aufgabe erfin- dungsgemaß gelost durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen, Weiterbildungen und Varianten sind Gegenstand der auf diesen ruckbezogenen Unteranspruche .
Dazu ist eine erste elektrische Maschine vorgesehen, die einen mit dem nachfolgend auch als Brennkraftmaschine bezeich-
neten Verbrennungsmotor getriebelos gekoppelten ersten Rotor und einen als Schleifringlaufer ausgeführten und mit einer Antriebsachse, insbesondere mit der Vorderachse, des Kraftfahrzeugs gekoppelten zweiten Rotor aufweist. Eine zweite e- lektπsche Maschine ist mit der Antriebsachse gekoppelt und elektrisch mit dem Schleifringlaufer, d. h. mit den Schleifringen des zweiten Rotors der ersten elektrischen Maschine, insbesondere über zumindest ein Steuergerat, verbunden.
Der elektromechanische Teil des Hybridantriebs besteht somit vorteilhafterweise lediglich aus einer ersten elektrischen Maschine, die als elektromagnetische Leistungsverzweigung dient und deren als Schleifringlaufer ausgeführter Rotor über die Antriebswelle direkt mit einem Differenzial- oder Aus- gleichsgetπebe mit der Antriebsachse verbunden ist, sowie aus einer schnell laufenden zweiten elektrischen Maschine, die zweckmaßigerweise über ein Untersetzungsgetriebe mit dem Differenzial der Antriebsachse verbunden ist. Durch den Ein¬ satz eines Getriebes mit einer Übersetzung von z.B. u = 10 kann die zweite elektrische Maschine mit vergleichsweise kleiner Baugroße gewählt werden.
Hinsichtlich der Konfiguration der mit der Antriebsachse gekoppelten ersten elektrischen Maschine besteht zunächst grundsätzlich die Möglichkeit, diese als Asynchronmaschine oder als permanent erregte Synchronmaschine auszufuhren. In jedem Fall jedoch kann die erste elektrische Maschine mit in¬ nen liegender Rotorwicklung oder auch mit außen liegender Rotorwicklung ausgeführt sein. Bei der Ausfuhrung mit innen liegender Rotorwicklung kann der mit dem Verbrennungsmotor gekoppelte erste Rotor als Kurzschluss-Kafiglaufer ausgeführt sein. Der als Schleifringlaufer ausgeführte zweite Rotor weist dann eine Rotorwicklung auf.
Ebenso kann bei der Ausfuhrung der ersten elektrischen Maschine als Asynchronmaschine mit außen liegender Rotorwicklung der mit dem Verbrennungsmotor gekoppelte innen liegende Rotor als Kurzschluss-Kafiglaufer ausgeführt sein, wahrend
dann der außen liegende zweite Rotor mit einer Rotorwicklung versehen und als Schleifringlaufer ausgeführt ist.
Bei der Ausfuhrungsform als Synchronmaschine kann wiederum der mit der Antriebsachse gekoppelte Schleifπnglaufer als innen liegender oder außen liegender Rotor mit Rotorwicklung ausgeführt sein. Der mit der Brennkraftmaschine gekoppelte erste außen bzw. innen liegender Rotor tragt dann die Permanent- oder Dauermagnete.
In geeigneter Ausgestaltung ist mindestens ein Steuergerat (Engine Control Unit, ECU) vorgesehen, das einerseits mit den Schleifringen des Schleifringlaufers der ersten elektrischen Maschine sowie andererseits mit der zweiten elektrischen Ma- schine und mit dem Energiespeicher verbunden ist. Das Steuergerat steuert die Leistungsverzweigung zwischen den beiden elektrischen Maschinen. Zweckmaßigerweise ist jeder der beiden elektrischen Maschine ein separates Steuergerat zugeord¬ net .
Bezuglich des Verfahrens wird die Aufgabe erfmdungsgemaß gelost durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 8. Vorteilhafte Weiter¬ bildungen sind Gegenstand der hierauf ruckbezogenen Unteran- spruche .
Hierzu wird der Verbrennungsmotor mittels der ersten elektrischen Maschine gestartet. Die Antriebsachse und damit das Kraftfahrzeug kann dann entweder vom Verbrennungsmotor über die erste elektrische Maschine und die zweite elektrischen Maschine im Hybridmodus, oder mittels der zweiten elektrischen Maschine ausschließlich elektrisch angefahren werden.
Insbesondere wahrend des Anfahrens des Fahrzeugs mit beiden elektrischen Maschinen erfolgt vorzugsweise in der ersten e- lektπschen Maschine getriebelos eine elektromagnetische
Leistungsverzweigung. Dabei wird ein erster Leistungsanteil des Verbrennungsmotors über die erste elektrische Maschine auf die Antriebsachse übertragen, wahrend der andere Leis-
tungsanteil als elektrische Leistung über die Schleifringe des Schleifringlaufers aus der ersten elektrischen Maschine ausgeleitet und der Antriebsachse über die zweite elektrische Maschine zugeführt wird. Die mechanische Leistung der beiden elektrischen Maschinen wird über das zweckmaßigerweise vorge¬ sehene Untersetzungsgetriebe addiert und der Antriebsachse über das Differential zugeführt.
Die mit der Erfindung erzielten Vorteile bestehen lnsbeson- dere darin, dass bei einem Hybridantrieb für ein Kraftfahr¬ zeug lediglich zwei elektrische Maschinen erforderlich sind, indem eine Leistungsverzweigung über die erste elektrische Maschine erfolgt. Über diese, getriebelos mit dem Verbrennungsmotor gekoppelte und einen Schleifπnglaufer aufweisende elektrische Maschine kann die Ein- bzw. Auskopplung elektrischer Energie erfolgen. Daher können eine kostenintensives Getπebe-Generator-Emheit, insbesondere ein Planetengetriebe mit zugeordneter zusätzlicher elektrischer Maschine, entfallen, was mit einer erheblichen Kosten- und Bauraumeinsparung verbunden ist.
Nachfolgend werden Ausfuhrungsbeispiele der Erfindung anhand einer Zeichnung naher erläutert. Darin zeigen:

FIG 1 zeigt schematisch einen Hybridantrieb 1 eines Kraftfahrzeugs mit einer nachfolgend als Antriebsachse 2 bezeichneten angetriebenen Vorder- oder Hinterachse. Eine erste e- lektπsche Maschine 3 ist einerseits getriebelos mit einer nachfolgend als Verbrennungsmotor bezeichneten Brennkraftma- schine 4 und andererseits über eine Antriebswelle 5 mit der Antriebsachse 2 über ein Differential- oder Ausgleichsgetriebe 6 gekoppelt. Eine zweite elektrische Maschine 7 ist über ein Untersetzungsgetriebe 8 sowie das Differenzialge- tπebe 5 mit der Antriebsachse 2 des Fahrzeugs gekoppelt.
Die erste elektrische Maschine 3, die den Drehzahlbereich des Verbrennungsmotors 4 abdeckt, weist einen ersten Rotor 9 so¬ wie einen zweiten Rotor 10 auf. Der erste Rotor 9 ist direkt mit dem Verbrennungsmotor 4 gekoppelt, wahrend der zweite Ro- tor 10 über das Differenzialgetriebe 5 mit der Antriebsachse 2 gekoppelt ist. Der zweite Rotor 10 der ersten elektrischen Maschine 3 ist als Schleifringlaufer ausgeführt, dessen Schleifringe 11 mit einem ersten Steuergerat oder ECU (Engine Control Unit) 12 elektrisch verbunden sind. Ein zweites Steu- ergerat (ECU oder Energie-Steuergerät) 13 ist der zweiten e- lektπschen Maschine 7 zugeordnet. Die beiden Steuergerate 12 und 13 sind mit einem Energiespeicher 14 verbunden.
Die zweite elektrische Maschine 7, die über das Unterset¬ zungsgetriebe 8 mit der Antriebsachse 2 gekoppelt ist und mit diesem eine Antriebseinheit 15 bildet, ist als sehr schnell laufende elektrische Maschine ausgeführt. Durch den Einsatz eines solchen Getriebes 8 mit einer Übersetzung von z.B. u = 10 kann die zweite elektrische Maschine 7 mit vergleichsweise kleiner Baugroße ausgeführt sein.
Bei abgeschaltetem Verbrennungsmotor 4 kann mittels der aus der zweiten elektrischen Maschine 7 und dem Getriebe 8 beste¬ henden Antriebseinheit 15 ausschließlich elektrisch angefahren werden. Die hierfür erforderliche Energie wird dem Energiespeicher 14 entnommen. Ab einer bestimmten Fahrgeschwindigkeit kann mittels der ersten elektrischen Maschine 3 der Verbrennungsmotor 4 gestartet werden.
Da das Starten des Verbrennungsmotors 4 ein bremsendes Reaktionsmoment auf die Antriebswelle 2 bewirkt, kann dieses bremsende Reaktionsmoment dynamisch mittels der zweiten e- lektπschen Maschine 7 derart kompensiert werden, dass auf die Antriebsachse 2 kein Einfluss spurbar ist.
Sobald der Verbrennungsmotor 4 startet und auf eine bestimmte Drehzahl, z.B. auf ein Drehzahlniveau n > 2000U/mm, hochge- fahren worden ist, kann der Verbrennungsmotor 4 mittels der ersten elektrischen Maschine 3, die bei dieser Antriebs- oder Betriebsweise im Generatorbetrieb arbeitet, mit einem Drehmo¬ ment belastet werden. Das hierbei auftretende Reaktionsmoment wird direkt über die Antriebswelle 5 und das Differenzial 6 auf die Antriebsachse 2 übertragen.
Wie anhand des in FIG 2 gezeigten Nennleistungsflusses verdeutlichten ist, dient die erste elektrische Maschine 3, die bei dieser Betriebsweise im Generatorbetrieb arbeitet, als elektromagnetische Leistungsverzweigung. Ein Leistungsanteil Pmi der mechanischen Leistung Pm des Verbrennungsmotors 4 wird direkt auf die Antriebswelle 5 und damit auf die Antriebsachse 2 übertragen. Der andere Leistungsanteil kann als
elektrische Leistung Pei über die Schleifringe 11 ausgeleitet und der aus der zweiten elektrischen Maschine 7 und dem Getriebe 8 bestehenden Antriebseinheit 15 zugeführt werden. Die mechanische Leistung Pml von der ersten elektrischen Maschine 3 und die mechanische Leistung Pm2 von der zweiten elektrischen Maschine 7 werden über das Getriebe 8 addiert und dem Differenzial 6 der Antriebsachse 2 als Gesamtleistung Pmi2 zugeführt .
So kann bei einer vom Verbrennungsmotor 4 gelieferten Leis¬ tung von beispielsweise Pm = 10OkW in der ersten elektrischen Maschine 4 in eine mechanische Leistung Pmχ = 5OkW und eine elektrische Leistung Pei = 5OkW aufgeteilt werden. Hierbei wird die mechanische Leistung Pmi auf die Antriebsachse 2 di- rekt übertragen, wahrend die elektrische Leistung Pei an die zweite elektrische Maschine 7 weitergeleitet wird. Diese wird dann - unter der Annahme eines Wirkungsgrades von 100% - als mechanische Leistung Pm2 = 5OkW zusammen mit der direkt über¬ tragenen mechanischen Leistung Pml = 5OkW als Gesamtleistung Pmi2 = 100kW auf die Antriebsachse 2 übertragen.
Beim hybriden Anfahren wird bei stehendem Fahrzeug über die erste elektrische Maschine 3 der Verbrennungsmotor 4 gestartet. Um eine Ruckwirkung auf die Antriebsachse 2 zu vermei- den, wird mittels der aus der zweiten elektrischen Maschine 7 und dem Getriebe 8 bestehenden Antriebseinheit 15 ein entsprechendes Kompensationsmoment auf die Antriebswelle 5 auf¬ gebracht, damit auf das Fahrzeug kein Emfluss, d. h. keine Ruckwirkung entsteht. Die entsprechende Steuerung des Kompen- sationsmomentes erfolgt über das Steuergerat 13.
Sobald der Verbrennungsmotor 4 gestartet und auf eine Drehzahl von beispielsweise n = 3000U/min gebracht wurde, um ein möglichst großes Drehmoment zur Verfugung zu stellen, kann der Verbrennungsmotor 4 mit Hilfe der ersten elektrischen Maschine 3, die dann wiederum im Generatorbetrieb arbeitet, mit einem einstellbaren Drehmoment belastet werden. Das hierbei
entstehende Reaktionsmoment wird über die Antriebswelle 5 di¬ rekt zur Antriebsachse 2 geleitet.
Wahrend des Anfahrvorgangs tritt in der ersten elektrischen Maschine 3 wiederum eine elektromagnetische Leistungsverzwei¬ gung derart auf, dass zunächst die gesamte mechanische Leistung Pm des Verbrennungsmotors 4 als elektrische Leistung Pel über die Schleifringe 11 aus der ersten elektrischen Maschine 3 ausgeleitet und der zweiten elektrischen Maschine 7 zuge- fuhrt wird, welche diese Leistung für die Drehmomentbildung heranziehen kann. Dieses Drehmoment wird dann über das Getriebe 8 verstärkt und zu dem Drehmoment der ersten elektrischen Maschine 3 hinzuaddiert. Sobald sich das Fahrzeug unter dem Einfluss des Drehmomentes in Bewegung setzt, nimmt bei gleich bleibender mechanischer Leistung Pm des Verbrennungsmotors 4 die elektrische Leistung Pel über die Schleifringe 11 der ersten elektrischen Maschine 3 ab, wobei in gleichem Maße die ausgeleitete mechanische Leistung Pmi über die An¬ triebswelle 5 zunimmt.
Zur Rekuperation wird bei einem Bremsvorgang zweckmaßiger- weise zuerst der Verbrennungsmotor 4, beispielsweise über die erste elektrische Maschine 3 angehalten oder still gesetzt. Gleichzeitig kann über die aus der zweiten elektrischen Ma- schine 7 und dem Generator 8 bestehenden Antriebseinheit 15 mittels der zweiten elektrischen Maschine 8 auf die Antriebsachse 2 ein Bremsmoment aufgebracht werden. Die hierbei anfallende Bremsenergie kann über die zweite elektrische Maschine 7, welche hierbei im Generatorbetrieb arbeitet, in e- lektπsche Energie umgewandelt und dem Energiespeicher 14 zugeführt werden.
Wird die erste elektrische Maschine 3 als Asynchronmaschine oder als Synchronmaschine ausgeführt, so besteht die Moglich- keit, den ersten Rotor 9 der ersten elektrischen Maschine 3 mit einer Drehzahl zu betreiben, die großer ist als die Drehzahl n des Verbrennungsmotors 4 (Fahren mit Uberdrehzahl) . Sobald die Drehzahl der Antriebswelle 5 großer ist als die
Drehzahl n des Verbrennungsmotors 4, so kehrt sich die Dreh¬ richtung des über die Schleifringe 11 eingespeisten Drehstromsystems um. Dies bedeutet, dass unter Beibehaltung des vorhandenen Drehmoments die erste elektrische Maschine 3 vom Generatorbetrieb in den Motorbetrieb übergeht. Die erforder¬ liche zusätzliche Leistung wird vom Energiespeicher 14 geliefert.
Die FIG 3 bis 6 zeigen schematisch unterschiedliche Konfigu- rationen der ersten elektrischen Maschine 3, mittels derer konstruktive Gegebenheiten für den jeweiligen An- oder Verwendungsfall entsprechend berücksichtigt werden können. So zeigen die FIG 3 und 4 eine als Asynchronmaschine ausgeführte erste elektrische Maschine 3, wahrend die FIG 5 und 6 eine permanenterregte Synchronmaschine als erste elektrische Maschine 3 darstellen.
In der Ausfuhrungsform nach FIG 3 mit mnenliegender Rotorwicklung des ersten Rotors bzw. des mit der Antriebsachse 2 gekoppelten Schleifringlaufers 10 ist der mit dem Verbrennungsmotor 4 gekoppelte erste Rotor 9 als Kurzschluss-Kafig- laufer ausgeführt.
Bei der Ausfuhrungsform nach FIG 4 ist der mit der An- tπebsachse 2 gekoppelte Schleifπnglaufer 10 mit außenlie- gender Rotorwicklung ausgeführt. Der erste Rotor 9 dieser als Asynchronmaschine arbeitenden ersten elektrischen Maschine 3 ist dann als Kurzschluss-Kafiglaufer ausgeführt.
Analog verhalt es sich bei den Ausfuhrungen der ersten elektrischen Maschine 3 als Synchronmaschine. So zeigt FIG 5 sche¬ matisch eine Ausfuhrungsform wiederum mit mnenliegender Rotorwicklung des Schleifringlaufers 10, der mit der Antriebsachse 2 gekoppelt ist. Der mit dem Verbrennungsmotor 4 gekop- pelte erste Rotor 9 ist dann mit Permanent- oder Dauermagnete ausgeführt .
Bei der Ausfuhrungsform nach FIG 6 ist der mit der Antriebsachse 2 gekoppelte Schleifπnglaufer 10 mit außenliegender Rotorwicklung ausgeführt, wahrend der mit dem Verbrennungsmotor 4 gekoppelte erste Rotor 9 die Permanent- bzw. Dauermag- nete tragt.
Claims
1. Hybridantrieb (1) eines Kraftfahrzeug, mit einem Ver- brennungsmotor (4) und mit zwei elektrischen Maschinen (3,7) sowie mit mindestens einem Steuergerat (12,13) und mit einem elektrischen Energiespeicher (14),
- wobei eine erste elektrische Maschine (3) einen mit dem Verbrennungsmotor (4) getriebelos gekoppelten ersten Rotor (9) und einen als Schleifringlaufer ausgeführten und mit einer Antriebsachse (2) des Kraftfahrzeugs gekoppelten zweiten Rotor (10) aufweist, und
- wobei eine zweite elektrische Maschine (7) mit der Antriebsachse (2) gekoppelt und elektrisch mit dem
Schleifringlaufer (11) der ersten elektrischen Maschine (3) über das Steuergerat (12,13) verbunden ist.
2. Hybridantrieb (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die zweite e- lektπsche Maschine (7) über ein Untersetzungsgetriebe (8) mit der Antriebsachse (2) gekoppelt ist.
3. Hybridantrieb (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die beiden elektrischen Maschinen (2,7) mit der Antriebsachse (2) über ein Differentialgetriebe (6) gekoppelt sind.
4. Hybridantrieb (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wo- bei die erste elektrische Maschine (3) als Asynchronmaschine mit Kurschluss-Kafiglaufer oder als permanenterregte Synchronmaschine in Schleifπngbauweise ausgeführt ist.
5. Hybridantrieb (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wo¬ bei die erste elektrische Maschine (3) mit außen oder innen liegendem Schleifringlaufer (10) ausgeführt ist.
6. Hybridantrieb (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wo¬ bei der ersten elektrischen Maschine (3) und der zweiten elektrischen Maschine (7) jeweils ein mit dem Energiespeicher (14) verbundenes Steuergerat (12, 13) zuge- ordnet ist.
7. Hybridantrieb (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei mindestens ein mit den Schleifringen (11) des als Schleifringlaufer ausgeführten zweiten Rotors (10) der ersten elektrischen Maschine (3) und mit dem Energie¬ speicher (14) verbundenes Steuergerat (12,13) die Leistungsverzweigung zwischen den elektrischen Maschinen (2,7) steuert.
8. Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Hybridantriebs (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, bei dem der Verbrennungsmotor (4) mittels der ersten elektrischen Maschine (3) gestartet wird, und - bei dem das Fahrzeug über die Antriebsachse (2) vom Verbrennungsmotor (4) über die erste elektrische
Maschine (3) und die zweite elektrische Maschine (7) oder mittels der zweiten elektrischen Maschine (7) elektrisch angefahren wird.
9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, bei dem in der ersten elektrischen Maschine (3) eine Leistungsverzweigung erfolgt derart, dass ein erster Leistungsanteil (Pmi) des Verbrennungsmotors (4) über die erste elektrische Maschine (3) auf die Antriebsachse (2) übertragen und der andere Leistungsanteil als elektrische Leistung (Pei) über die Schleifringe (11) des Schleifπnglaufers (10) aus der ersten elektrischen Maschine (3) ausgeleitet und der Antriebsachse (2) über die zweite elektrische Maschine (7) zugeführt wird.
10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, bei dem die beiden Leis- tungsanteile (Pmi, Pm2) der Antriebsachse (2) über das Untersetzungsgetriebe (8) als Gesamtleistung (Pmi2) zuge¬ führt werden.
11. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, bei dem beim Bremsen des Fahrzeugs mittels der zweiten elektrischen Maschine (7) im Generatorbetrieb mechanische Energie in elektrische Energie umgewandelt und dem Energiespeicher (14) zugeführt wird.
