图 5表明了把手槽 10的第一长边 15垂直于上面板上表面向内伸入形 成穿通上面板的第一切面,第二长边 16垂直上面板上表面向内伸入按照设 计预先确定的一段后, 与上面板上表面斜交并远离第一长边向内伸入形成 穿通上面板 14的第二切面,第二切面和上面板上表面之间斜交的角度小于 90度,上述第一和第二切面和与两切面相接的切面一起形成穿通上面板 14 的把手槽。
在图 3、 4、 5所示把手槽 10的两长边 15和 16的切面的加工面, 以及 和两长边 15和 16的切面相接的其它切面上,分别覆盖贴面材料 17和贴面 材料 18。 所用的贴面材料和上述的贴于底板 11上的贴面材料 13相一致或 者相配合。
再把按上述方法得到的上面板 14以压紧方式粘接在底板 11上, 分别 构成如图 6、 7、 8所示的组合的带把手的面板。 在组合的带把手的面板外 表面, 包括底板底面和组合面板的周边覆盖贴面材料。 所用的贴面材料和 上述的贴于底板 11上的贴面材料 13、 以及把手槽 10上的贴面材料 17和 贴面材料 18相一致或者相配合。
图 9表明了, 把手槽 10设置在上面板 14的一侧边处。 图 10表明, 把手槽 10的第一长边 15是上面板 14的一侧边, 第二长 边 16垂直于上面板上表面向内伸入, 形成穿通上面板 14的切面, 上述切 面和与上述切面相接的切面一起形成穿通上面板 14的把手槽。
图 11表明, 把手槽 10的第一长边 15是上面板 14的一侧边, 第二长 边 16与上面板上表面斜交并远离第一长边向内伸入形成穿通上面板 14的 切面,上述切面和上面板上表面之间斜交的角度小于 90度,上述切面和与 上述切面相接的其它切面一起形成穿通上面板 14的把手槽。
图 12表明, 把手槽 10的第一长边 15是上面板 14的一侧边, 第二长 边 16垂直于上面板上表面向内伸入一段后,与上面板上表面斜交并远离第 一长边向内伸入,形成穿通上面板 14的切面,上述切面和上面板上表面之 间斜交的角度小于 90度,上述切面和与上述切面相接的切面一起形成穿通 上面板 14的把手槽。
在图 10、 11、 12所示把手槽 10的长边 16形成的切面的加工面, 以及 和长边 16形成的切面相接的其它切面上, 覆盖贴面材料 18。 所用的贴面 材料和上述的贴于底板 11上的贴面材料 13相一致或者相配合。
再把按上述方法得到的上面板 14以压紧方式粘接在底板 11上, 分别 构成如图 13、 14、 15所示的组合的带把手的面板。在组合的带把手的面板 外表面, 包括底板底面和组合面板的周边覆盖贴面材料。 所用的贴面材料 和上述的贴于底板 11上的贴面材料 13、 以及把手槽 10上的贴面材料 18 相一致或者相配合。 由于本发明的带把手的面板被分成底板 11和上面板 14两个部分, 用 作为把手部分的把手槽 10只需要在上面板上直接加工就可得到,无须象现 有技术那样在面板上掏挖,使得把手槽 10的加工可以很容易地实现, 并保 证能按照设计的形状加工。根据设计的要求,将把手槽 10做成其它形状而 没有太大的困难。把手槽 10的拐角处也能呈严格的直角。随后的在把手槽 10的加工面上覆盖贴面材料 17和贴面材料 18的时候是敞开槽面贴覆, 非 常方便, 不象现有技术那样困难和质量难以保证, 可以保证贴面的覆盖效 果以及附着的牢固度。
根据本发明所得到的把手, 其把手的形状以及贴面材料的覆盖质量比 现有技术当中所得到的产品更好, 设计更加新颖复杂、 更加美观。 而且贴 面的被覆质量完全能得到保证。
底板和上面板的厚度的选用,可以根据本领域的普通技术人员的判断, 以及根据产品设计的需要, 包括面板的大小、 面板的使用条件、 以及材料 的强度等来决定。 上述实施例的描述并不构成对本发明保护范围的限制。 按照本发明上 述基本构思做出的任何变型或改变, 比如,无论把手取向是横向还是竖向, 还是其它任何方向, 在把手槽包括斜槽的形状上做出改变等等, 只要使用 了本发明所说的基本构思, 这些变化仍然均在本发明保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1 . 一种带把手面板, 其特征在于, 它包括底板以及和底板相粘接的 上面板, 在上面板相应于把手位置处开有向内伸入的把手槽。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的带把手面板, 其特征在于, 所述的底板上 切出和上面板尺寸相一致的粘接上面板的粘接部分, 粘接部分的位置设置 得要使上面板粘接到粘接部分后, 上面板上的把手槽的位置和要求的把手 槽的位置一致。
3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的带把手面板, 其特征在于, 所述的把手槽 在上面板上表面呈平直开口或呈弧形开口。
4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的带把手面板, 其特征在于, 所述把手槽的 两长边垂直于上面板上表面向内伸入形成穿通上面板的两切面, 两切面和 与两切面相接的切面一起形成穿通上面板的把手槽。
5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的带把手面板, 其特征在于, 所述把手槽的 第一长边垂直于上面板上表面向内伸入形成穿通上面板的第一切面, 第二 长边与上面板上表面斜交并远离第一长边向内伸入形成穿通上面板的第 二切面, 第二切面和上面板上表面之间斜交的角度小于 90度, 上述第一 和第二切面和与两切面相接的切面一起形成穿通上面板的把手槽。
6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的带把手面板, 其特征在于, 所述把手槽的 第一长边垂直于上面板上表面向内伸入形成穿通上面板的第一切面, 第二 长边垂直于上面板上表面向内伸入一段后, 与上面板上表面斜交并远离第 一长边向内伸入, 形成穿通上面板的第二切面, 第二切面和上面板上表面 之间斜交的角度小于 90度, 上述第一和第二切面和与两切面相接的切面 一起形成穿通上面板的把手槽。
7. 根据权利要求 1 所述的带把手面板, 其特征在于, 所述的把手槽 也可以设置在上面板的一侧边处。
8. 根据权利要求 1 所述的带把手面板, 其特征在于, 把手槽的第一 长边可以是上面板的一侧边, 第二长边垂直于上面板上表面向内伸入, 形 成穿通上面板的切面, 上述切面和与上述切面相接的切面一起形成穿通上 面板的把手槽。
9. 根据权利要求 1 所述的带把手面板, 其特征在于, 把手槽的第一 长边可以是上面板的一侧边, 第二长边与上面板上表面斜交并远离第一长 边向内伸入形成穿通上面板的切面, 上述切面和上面板上表面之间斜交的 角度小于 90度, 上述切面和与上述切面相接的切面一起形成穿通上面板 的把手槽。
10. 根据权利要求 1所述的带把手面板, 其特征在于, 把手槽的第一 长边可以是上面板的一侧边, 第二长边垂直于上面板上表面向内伸入一段 后, 与上面板上表面斜交并远离第一长边向内伸入, 形成穿通上面板的切 面, 上述切面和上面板上表面之间斜交的角度小于 90度, 上述切面和与 上述切面相接的切面一起形成穿通上面板的把手槽。
11.根据权利要求 1所述的带把手面板,其特征在于,在所述的底板、 上面板、 以及把手槽的表面上可以覆盖贴面材料。
12. 根据权利要求 11 所述的带把手面板, 其特征在于, 贴面材料可 以为三聚氰胺、 压克力、 实木贴皮、 纸贴面、 PVC贴面、 PE贴面、 PP贴 面、 PET贴面、 UV贴面材料中的一种或几种。
13. 制造权利要求 1-12所述的带把手面板的方法包括以下步骤-
( 1 ) 按照设计要求的面板形状尺寸选择底板, 在底板上切出用于粘 接的部分, 所切出的用于粘接的部分和上面板的尺寸相一致, 粘接部分的 位置设置得要使上面板粘接到粘接部分后, 上面板上的把手槽的位置和设 计要求的把手槽的位置一致;
(2)在步骤 1 切出的用于粘接的部分上, 在相应于把手的位置处覆 盖贴面材料;
(3 )在上面板上, 在相应于把手位置处, 根据设计的形状和要求开 出把手槽;
(4)把步骤 3得到的上面板的把手槽部分的加工面上覆盖贴面材料;
(5)把步骤 4得到的上面板和步骤 1得到的底板粘接在一起, 组合 而成带把手的面板;
(6)把步骤 5得到的带把手的面板外覆盖贴面材料。
