Abstract

無線端末１００は、無線基地局と送受信される無線信号の状態を示す無線状態情報を取得する無線状態情報取得部１０５と、通信先装置においてアプリケーションの通信品質が劣化したことを示す通信品質劣化通知を受信するＥＶＤＯ通信部１０１及びＷＬＡＮ通信部１０３と、通信品質劣化通知を受信した時点と対応する無線状態情報に基づくハンドオーバ閾値をアプリケーションと関連付けて記憶する記憶部１１１と、無線状態情報とハンドオーバ閾値とに基づいて、他の無線基地局へのハンドオーバを実行するハンドオーバ制御部１０７とを備える。
