Abstract

 複合材10を含む三枚の板状部材を重ね合わせて側面拘束したダブルラップ接合体100の接合強度評価方法が、拘束長Lの異なる複数の試験体を用いた引張試験によりダブルラップ接合体100の許容せん断応力を求める工程と、有限要素解析法によりダブルラップ接合体100のせん断応力を求める工程と、許容せん断応力とせん断応力とを比較評価する工程と、を有する。これにより、接着層を明確に定義できない継手の剥離強度評価が可能となる。
