Abstract
実時間でデータを再生するときの消費電力を削減することができるデータ処理装置を提供するために、データ処理装置は、入力部10に実時間で入力されたデータを格納する入力データ格納部11と、入力データ格納部11からデータを読み出して信号処理を行う信号処理部12と、信号処理を実時間処理より速い速度で行わせることで間欠動作させるよう信号処理部12を制御する信号処理制御部13と、間欠動作の停止期間に信号処理部12および信号処理制御部13の少なくとも一部に対するクロック又は電源の少なくとも一方の供給を制限するクロック/電源制御部14と、入力データ格納部11のデータ格納量に基づいて、クロック又は電源の制限および間欠動作の稼動期間への移行の要求を行う入力監視部15とを備える。
