所述的快速干衣模式档, 是高加热功率配合高转速供风以适应快速干衣的 目的。 适用在有婴儿的家庭, 烘干需高温杀菌的婴^尿布、 毛巾或烘干其它耐高 温的衣物、或烘干要求不高的衣物、或烘干艮急需的衣物等所提出来的短时间高 温干衣模式要求,发热单元的加热功率与风机功率转换为高功率档,干衣速度快, 但噪音大。
所述的三种干衣模式是设置于干衣机的控制面板上或遥控器面板上, 其中 包括。 加热功率控制和供风转速控制。
所述的干衣机加热功率控制中具有多个控制档位, 至少包括低功率运行供 热或高功率运行供热。所述的多个档位供热, 至少是由两组以上加热元件并联构 成的发热单元,要求低功率供热工作时, 内部电源控制元件会指令使其中一组加 热元件通电供热; 要求高功率工作时, 内部电源控制元件会指令使两组或两组以 上的加热元件, 通电供热; 或所述加热元件为一块加热元件, 通过脉宽调制控制 其输出功率。
所述的干衣机供风转速控制, 是由多个档位构成, 至少包括: 低转速供风 与高转速供风。 所述的多个档位风机转速, 是由抽头电机来实现, 即电机本身具 有两种或两种以上的转速抽头; 或是由变频电机来实现,通过控制器或微处理器 控制变频电机转速来实现控制风机所产生的风量和噪音。
所述干衣机内还设有负离子发生器、 紫外线灭菌灯及臭氧发生器。 以进行 消毒、 杀菌、 除味。
图 2是本发明柜式干衣机控制方法程序图, 本发明所提供的拒式干衣机控 制程序, 包括下列步骤:
A 按动按键或旋动旋钮开关开机;
B 按动按键或旋动旋钮开关, 设定干衣模式档;
C 发热单元及风机按设定干衣模式档开始工作;
D 温度传感器测量值与设定值比较,判断是否低于设定温度值? 若是, 则进行步骤 C。 若否, 则进行步骤 E;
E 发热单元断电停止加热, 并继续 D, 同时进行步驟 F;
F 湿度传感器测量值与设定值比较,判断是否低于设定湿度值? 若是, 则进行步驟 G。 若否, 则进行步驟 C;
G 发热单元关闭, 风机继续转动对衣物进行冷却预设延时间;
H 自动关机;
所述的拒式干衣机烘干过程中,在步驟 G对衣物进行冷却的同时, 紫外线灭 菌灯及臭氧发生器或负离子发生器工作, 制造出负离子、 臭氧, 对烘干衣物进行 灭菌、 消毒、 除味, 改善衣物的软度和居室空气环境。
图 4 所示, 是本发明采用微处理器的控制电路实施例示意图, 所述控制器 10是 处理器, 所述温度传感器 11和湿度传感器 12通过 A/D转换器接^:处理 器输入端, 进行湿度湿度设定的面板控制开关 13连接微处理器的输入端, 所迷 的面板控制开关 13是数码键盘(如图 8所示), 所述啟处理器的输出通过各驱动 电路分别接发热单元 15 , 风机马达 14、 负离子发生器 18, 紫外线杀菌灯 16及 臭氧发生器 17。 开机后, 发热单元 15及风机 14按设定功率及转速工作, 对衣 物进行干燥; 同时温度传感器 11测量由热风緩和室吹出的热风温度值与设定值 进行比较, 判断是否低于设定温度值? 若是, 则继续进行加热干衣; 若否, 则令 发热单元 15断电, 停止加热; 并继续测量由热风緩和室吹出的热风温度值与设 定值进行比较, 若低于设定温度, 则发热单元得电加热; 同时湿度传感器 12测 量干衣室的湿度值与设定值比较,判断是否低于设定湿度值? 若否, 则继续进行 干衣, 若是, 则发热单元 15关闭, 风机 14继续转动对衣物进行冷却至预设延时 时间; 在对衣物进行冷却的同时, 负离子发生器 18、 紫外线灭菌灯 16及臭氧发 生器 17工作, 进行杀菌除味, 改善空气质量。 延时时间到, 则自动关机。 干衣 过程结束并发出干衣完成信号。
上迷实施例中, 所述温度设定值还可以是两个, 即高临界值和低临界值, 所述的高临界值与低临界值是低噪音干衣模式档、名贵衣物干衣模式档、快速高 温杀菌干衣模式档所设定的温度,当温度探头测得干衣室内或热风緩和室的温度 达到高临界值时, 控制器使发热器断电, 停止加热; 当温度探头测得干衣室内或 热风緩和室的温度下降到低临界值时,控制器控制发热器继续加热工作。所述负 离子发生器、紫外线杀菌灯及臭氧发生器也可以与风机马达并联, 开机后与风机 同时工作。
本发明所述的三种或三种以上的干衣模式的控制电路中的温控电路还可以 采用可复式双金属型温度控制器控制发热单元的工作状态。
另外本发明所述的三种以上的干衣模式的控制电路还可采用以下一种方 案, 把调速开关、 调节发热单元功率大小的开关、 限温器(调温器)安装在所述 干衣机控制面板上,并配上相应的控制电路与风机、发热单元、限温器(调温器) 相连接, 用调速开关直接调速所述的低转速档、 高转速档及其它转速档, 用调节 发热单元功率大小的开关直接调节发热单元的低温加热档、高温加热档及其它温 度档, 用限温器(调温器)直接调节所需的低温档、 高温档及其它某一温度档, 也能实现本发明所述的三种或三种以上的干衣模式的功能。消费者通过打开电源 开关,在控制面板上 to开关调到所需干衣模式的位置, 干衣机控制电路就会自动 完成干衣过程。
图 5-图 8是本发明所提供的一种用于上述多种干衣模式的干衣机的控制面 板, 包括: 开关、 显示装置, 其特征在于: 控制面板上设有模式设置装置。
所述的模式设置装置是电连接控制器的模式选择按键(如图 5所示), 其中 包括:低噪音按键、名贵衣物按键和快速杀菌按键并设有显示干衣模式的显示屏; 使用时, 只需按压相应按键, 控制器将按相应参数进行工作。
或是波段开关 (如图 6、 7所示), 对应于低噪音位置、 名贵衣物位置和快 速杀菌位置设有显示标记,图中为发光二极管;工作时将波段开关旋至对应位置, 控制器将按相应参数进行工作。 其中图 7可提供 9种模式, 以适应多种需要。
图 8是数码设置装置,其中包括显示屏、用于设定温度和风速的 0-9数字健, 风速健、温度健及确认健。工作时先按风速健或温度健,显示屏出现"风速设置" 或 "温度设置", 用数字健输入所需风速或温度, 每输入一组数据须按确认健确 认, 此数据设置完毕。 即进入另一数据设置, "温度设置" 或 "风速设置", 再 用数字健输入所需温度或风速, 再按确认健即可。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种具有多种干衣模式的干衣机, 包括控制器、 发热单元、 风机、 控制 面板; 其特征在于: 至少设有三种干衣模式即: 低噪音干衣模式、 名贵衣物干衣 模式、 快速高温干衣模式; .其中:
所述的低噪音干衣模式, 是低转速供风配合低加热功率或高加热功率; 所述的名贵衣物干衣模式, 是低加热功率配合低转速供风或高转速供风; 所述的快速干衣模式档 , 是高加热功率配合高转速供风。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的具有多种干衣模式的干衣机, 其特征在于: 所述 的三种干衣模式是设置于干衣机的控制面板上或遥控器面板上, 其中包括。加热 功率控制和供风转速控制。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的具有多种干衣模式的干衣机, 其特征在于: 所述 的干衣机力口热功率控制中具有多个控制档位,至少包括低功率运行供热或高功率 运行供热。
4、根据权利要求 2所述的具有多种干衣模式的干衣机, 其特征在于: 所述 的多个档位供热, 至少是由两组以上加热元件并联构成的发热单元,要求低功率 供热工作时, 内部电源控制元件会指令使其中一组加热元件通电供热;要求高功 率工作时, 内部电源控制元件会指令使两组或两组以上的加热元件, 通电供热; 或所述加热元件为一块加热元件, 通过脉宽调制控制其输出功率。
5、根据权利要求 2所述的具有多种干衣模式的干衣机, 其特征在于: 所述 的干衣机供风转速控制, 是由多个档位构成, 至少包括: 低转速供风与高转速供 风。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的具有多种千衣模式的干衣机, 其特征在于: 所述 的多个档位风机转速,是由抽头电机来实现, 即电机本身具有两种或两种以上的 转速抽头; 或是由变频电机来实现,通过控制器或微处理器控制变频电机转速来 实现控制风机所产生的风量和噪音。
7、根据权利要求 1具有多种干衣模式的干衣机, 其特征在于: 所述干衣机 内还设有负离子发生器、 紫外线灭菌灯及臭氧发生器。
8、一种用于上述多种干衣模式的干衣机的控制程序, 其特征在于包括下列 步驟: '
A 按动按键或旋动旋钮开关开机;
B 按动按键或旋动旋钮开关, 设定干衣模式档; c 发热单元及风机按设定干衣模式档开始工作;
D 温度传感器测量值与设定值比较,判断是否低于设定温度值? 若是, 则进行步驟 (:。 若否, 则进行步驟 B;
E 发热单元断电停止加热, 并继续 D , 同时进行步骤 F;
F 湿度传感器测量值与设定值比较,判断是否低于设定湿度值? 若是, 则进行步骤 G。 若否, 则进行步骤 C;
G 发热单元关闭, 风机继续转动对衣物进行冷却预设延时间;
H 自动关机;
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的所述多种干衣模式的干衣机的控制程序, 其特征 在于: 在步骤 G对衣物进行冷却的同时, 负离子发生器、 紫外线灭菌灯及臭氧发 生器工作, 进行杀菌除味。
10、 一种用于上述多种干衣模式的干衣机的控制面板, 包括: 开关、 显示 装置, 其特征在于: 控制面板上设有模式设置装置。
11、根据权利要求 9所述多种干衣模式的干衣机的控制面板, 其特征在于: 所述的模式设置装置是电连接控制器的模式选择按键, 其中包括: 低噪音按键、 名贵衣物按键和快速杀菌抉键并设有显示干衣模式的显示屏; 或是波段开关,对 应于低噪音位置、名贵衣物位置和快速杀菌位置设有显示标记; 或是数码设置装 置, 其中包括显示屏、 用于设定温度和风速的 0-9数字健, 风速健、 温度健及确 认健。
