Abstract

　本発明は、排ガスを湿式脱硫装置に導入させる前に予備的に冷却する際の排ガスの冷却温度を最適に制御し、もって湿式電気集塵装置での硫酸ミストの除去率を高めるためのもので、ボイラ１０で発生した排ガス１２を脱硝装置１４、エアヒータ１８、乾式電気集塵装置２２で処理した後の硫黄酸化物を含んだ排ガス２４を冷却装置２６、湿式脱硫装置３０、湿式電気集塵装置３４の順に導いて処理する排ガス処理方法及び装置である。制御器４２では湿式電気集塵装置３４の高圧電源に設けられた荷電電流計４０の指示値を取り込んで、湿式電気集塵装置３４での電流密度が最大となるように、冷却装置２６の冷却条件を制御する。
