Abstract

 本発明は、排ガスを湿式脱硫装置に導入させる前に予備的に冷却する際の排ガスの冷却温度を最適に制御し、もって湿式電気集塵装置での硫酸ミストの除去率を高めるためのもので、ボイラ10で発生した排ガス12を脱硝装置14、エアヒータ18、乾式電気集塵装置22で処理した後の硫黄酸化物を含んだ排ガス24を冷却装置26、湿式脱硫装置30、湿式電気集塵装置34の順に導いて処理する排ガス処理方法及び装置である。制御器42では湿式電気集塵装置34の高圧電源に設けられた荷電電流計40の指示値を取り込んで、湿式電気集塵装置34での電流密度が最大となるように、冷却装置26の冷却条件を制御する。
