Abstract
L'objectif de l'invention est de permettre une réinjection d'énergie dans le réseau commandée de manière autonome ou centralisée par des consommateurs d'énergie, qui contiennent une énergie potentielle, tels que des systèmes d'ascenseur ou des stations de charge pour des véhicules électriques à réservoirs d'énergie remplaçables, ou un prélèvement d'énergie supplémentaire à partir de réseaux d'alimentation électrique, ceci permettant d'avoir à disposition une énergie de régulation à court terme lors de perturbations ou de charge maximale dans des réseaux d'alimentation électrique, jusqu'à ce que des mesures prises en parallèle par les fournisseurs d'énergie fassent leur effet, ou une sollicitation supplémentaire du réseau d'alimentation. A cet effet, des dispositifs correspondants sont utilisés. Ce procédé d'utilisation de l'énergie stockée dans des systèmes électro-mécaniques (4) ainsi que d'autres systèmes électriques (4) en tant que réserve de régulation dans des réseaux d'alimentation électrique (2), en particulier d'utilisation, à cet effet, de systèmes d'ascenseur (4) ou de stations de charge (4) décentralisées ou centralisées pour des véhicules électriques à réservoirs d'énergie remplaçables, présentant une possibilité de distribution de l'énergie excédentaire ou en tant que consommateurs d'énergie électrique selon l'état de fonctionnement du réseau d'alimentation électrique, repose sur l'utilisation de systèmes d'ascenseur (4) et de stations de charge d'une région entière. A cet effet, les ascenseurs (4) sont maintenus dans la partie basse, de préférence, lorsqu'ils ne sont pas utilisés, et lors de l'apparition d'un pic de charge dans le réseau d'alimentation (2) électrique, une réserve de régulation et/ou une énergie de régulation étant alors nécessaire, la montée des ascenseurs est commandée à distance par une centrale de commande (1), par exemple du producteur d'énergie, via Internet, la téléphonie mobile GSM ou un réseau (5) de commande et de messagerie ou également commandée sur place à l'aide d'une commande correspondante. De l'énergie est ainsi introduite dans le réseau d'alimentation électrique (2). L'invention peut être appliquée au domaine des réseaux d'alimentation électrique et des systèmes d'ascenseurs ainsi qu'à d'autres systèmes de stockage électriques, tels que des stations de charge.
