Abstract
従来の光信号処理装置においては、単レンズを含む空間光学系において発生する光結合損失の低減が十分でなかった。性能の良いレンズは製作が難しく、高価であった。また、光信号処理装置の製造時における調整加工が複雑となり、製造コストが高いという問題点があった。さらに、光学系における反射減衰量を確保し、クロストーク量を低減する必要があった。TASの低減に着目して、各レンズ面の屈折力(D1、D2、D3、D4)をパラメータとして、本発明のレンズ構成を見出した。2群2枚レンズにおいて、2枚のレンズの焦点距離が近く(D1f+D2f≒D3f+D4f≒0.5)、かつ、第2の集光レンズが、凸側を第1の集光レンズ側に向けた平凸レンズである場合(D3f≒0.5)に、波長依存の光結合損失が著しく小さくなる。
