Abstract

チタン、チタン合金および金属けい素の酸洗やエッチングに使用された廃液中の遊離酸を有効に利用しつつ、再びチタン等の酸洗に用いることができる水溶液を製造すること、および、酸洗やエッチングによって溶け込んだチタンやけい素を資源として回収することを目的とし、廃液にアルカリ金属イオンを添加して、チタンをヘキサフルオロチタン酸塩、けい素をヘキサフルオロけい酸塩として析出・分離する。分離後の水溶液をチタン等の酸洗に使用すると共に、分離したヘキサフルオロチタン酸塩およびヘキサフルオロけい酸塩をアンモニアで処理して水酸化チタンおよびけい酸に変え、加熱・焼成して二酸化チタンおよび二酸化けい素として回収する。
