Abstract

Un dispositif (5) d'insertion et de sertissage de bague sur une tige de fixation dans un trou comporte un robot (51), un système de contrôle et de commande (54) et un outil terminal (53) apte à sertir la bague sur la tige. L'outil terminal (53) comporte un dispositif de sertissage et un dispositif de mise en place de la bague solidaires d'un dispositif de positionnement fin par l'intermédiaire duquel l'outil terminal (53) est fixé à un élément d'extrémité (52) du robot (51). Un sous-ensemble d'insertion de bagues du dispositif de mise en place de la bague et un nez de sertissage du dispositif de sertissage sont mobiles sur l'outil terminal (53) pour être alternativement positionnés sur un axe d'une fixation à poser, sans mouvement commandé du robot (51) lorsque l'outil terminal (53) est préalablement prépositionné.
