本发明的目的在于提供一种可以用于人体或物体表面擦拭的多层擦 拭巾, 并且在擦拭过程中该多层擦拭巾能够防止弄脏手; 本发明的另一个发明目的在于提供一种能够防止在擦拭过程中导致 擦拭巾多层结构的剥离和脱落;
本发明的再一个发明目的在于提供一种足够柔软防止划伤人体或者 物体表面的擦拭巾, 同时该擦拭巾手感很好。
为了实现上述的发明目的, 本发明采用如下的技术方案:
—种多层复合擦拭巾 ·, 包括有隔水层以及在隔水层一侧设置的第一擦 拭层, 在所述的隔水层与第一擦拭层之间设置有衬垫层, 该衬垫层两侧分 别与隔水层以及第一擦拭层复合连接。该第一擦拭层可以是干燥层, 也可 以在该衬垫层内预留有用于擦拭人体表面或擦拭物体表面的清洁溶液使 得该第一擦拭层为湿润的擦拭层, 上述预留的清洁溶液包括水, 或者是其 它能有利于人体健康的溶液和 /或溶解脏物的有机溶液。
由于本发明的擦拭巾具有多层结构,在使用该多层擦拭巾的时候上述 第一擦拭层与隔水层之间是主要受力点,因此为了防止所述擦拭巾的多层 结构在使用过程中的剥离,衬墊层与隔水层的剥离强度应该大于衬垫层与 擦拭层的剥离强度。另外为了节省对该擦拭巾制造工艺的要求以及防止第 一擦拭层与衬垫层由于剥离强度过小而在使用过程中过早剥离,优选的将 所述的衬垫层与隔水层的剥离强度不大于衬垫层与擦拭层所对应的剥离 强度的五倍。 更优选的, 所述的衬垫层与隔水层的经向的剥离强度为 1. 00 -1. 50 ( N/2. 5CM ) , 纬向的剥离强度 0. 90- 1. 00 ( N/2. 5CM ) ; 所述的衬垫层 与擦拭层的经向的剥离强度为 0. 20— 0. 30 ( N/2. 5CM ) , 纬向的剥离强度为 0. 18 - 0. 25 ( N/2. 5CM:)。

上述的第一、 第二擦拭层可以是单层的机构也可以是彼此层叠、且釆 用复合连接的至少双层结构,且多层结构位于其内侧结构层的表面与衬垫 层的表面采用复合连接。
在材质的选取上, 所述的擦拭层采用非织造布和 /或无尘纸; 所述的 衬垫层采用非织造布或纤维; 而在连接的关系上, 所述的衬垫层与隔水层 之间采用流涎复合或胶接、 机械连接、 热复合、 超声复合中的一种或者结 合; 所述的擦拭层与衬垫层之间采用胶接、 机械连接、 热复合、 超声复合 中的一种或者结合。
另外, 为了方便本发明擦拭巾的运输以及存放, 不仅可以将本发明中 的擦拭巾制作成不同形状、不同规格的擦拭产品, 在包装上也可以是叠层 或折叠应用于防水包装中。
在所述的各结构层的表面及与其相邻的各结构层的对应位置还可以 设置有至少两条间隔分布的定位条。在所述的定位条之间还可以设置有与 其平行的易撕缝, 方便擦拭巾的使用。
通过采用上述的技术方案, 本发明提供了一种可以用于人体或者物体 表面擦拭的多层擦拭巾,该擦拭巾在使用过程中不会弄脏人手并且能够在 擦拭过程中一定程度的防止多层结构的剥离和脱落, 而且质地柔软, 手感 好, 擦净效果好。 附图说明

另外在图 1和图 2的实施例当中, 第一擦拭层 1的外表面采用的是凹点 4以及波紋形或者网形复合的表面, 使得本擦拭巾能够将人体或者物体表 面擦拭得更干净, 如图 3、 图 4的第一擦拭层表面的俯视图所示, 第一擦拭 层为表面具有网孔形或者是波纹行的水剌无纺布,并且它们表面上都均匀 设置有多个凹点 4, 这样多个凹点 4使得第一擦拭层 1表面形成一定的粗糙 表面, 该粗糙表面在不影响擦拭人体表面时的舒适度的前提下, 提供了一 种能够提高该第一擦拭层 1擦拭表面擦拭力度的技术方案。 当然将该第一 擦拭层 1表面形成粗糙的擦拭层的方式有很多, 在这里仅仅举这两例, 其 它的实施方式在这里就不赘述了。 另外需要说明的是图 3中采用菱形网状 热合线进行复合连接的,而图 4中釆用的则是 S型超声复合线进行复合连接 的。
该第一擦拭层 1的外表面是还可具有完全平滑的外表面, 这样就避免 了在擦拭人体或者脆弱物体表面时候造成损伤的可能性, 其中图 5就显示 了该上述的技术方案的示意图, 其中擦拭层 1的表面是完全光滑的。
另外在上述的实施例当中,该擦拭巾的衬垫层 2使得该擦拭巾整体柔 软的同时, 还具有保留各种有利于擦拭人体表面或者物体表面的清洁溶 液, 其中上述的清洁溶液包括水。 或者各种有益人体健康或者有益于擦净 物体表面的有机溶剂, 该擦拭巾使用过程中衬垫层 2的溶液渗出到第一擦 拭层 1的外表面, 提高该第一擦拭层 1对物体或者人体表面的清洁效率。但 是这样的擦拭巾在使用之前无论是单片存放或者是大量叠放在一起的时 候, 衬垫层 2中的水份很容易溢流或者散失, 这样不仅需要将产品单独或 统一保存在防水包装中, 还可以在第一擦拭层 1的外表面设置一层保护隔 膜 5, 如图 6所示的本发明在图 1实施例的改进的示意图, 该保护隔膜 5为用 于防止该衬垫层 2中的清洁溶液在未使用之前的浪费以及损耗。 在使用过 程中只要将该隔水隔膜 5先揭下, 再使用即可。
图 7显示的是在本发明实施例 1的中的第一擦拭层 1为湿润的擦拭层 的基础之上在该隔水层 3异于衬垫层 2的一侧设置有另一层干燥的第二擦 拭层 6, 该干燥的第二擦拭层 6可以在湿润的第一擦拭层 1擦拭过物体或者 人体表面之后将人体或者物体表面干燥,去除残留在人体或者物体表面上 的清洁溶液。 当然该干燥的第二擦拭层 6可以应用在上述的其它的实施例 当中。
另外上述的擦拭巾的各实施例中的第一擦拭层 1以及第二擦拭层 2都 采用非织造布或无尘纸中的一种或其结合为制作材质。包括但不局限于采 用粘胶纤维、丙纶或涤纶交织而成的平紋或网孔(水刺、针剌等)无紡布、 无尘纸等材质,使第一擦拭层 1以及第二擦拭层 2在满足擦拭的强度要求的 同时, 也具有较好的吸水及渗透效果。 若采用网孔无紡布, 其中优选方案 为水刺网孔无纺布, 则可使水分及污物颗粒更为容易地渗透到衬垫层 2 ; 衬垫层 2釆用质地蓬松的非织造布或纤维中的一种作为制作材质, 包括但 不局限于质地蓬松的丙纶或 ES纤维织物等材质作为制作材料,在保证擦拭 巾整体柔软度的前提下, 具有更为良好的保水效果; 隔水层 3采用塑料等 柔软但是在低强度下不透水的材料, 优选的聚乙烯膜。
对于上述的材料各个连接层之间的连接关系。 该衬垫层 2与隔水层 3 之间优选采用流涎复合。在满足两结构层之间的配合强度的基础上, 可有 效减少作为隔水层 3的制作材料的塑料膜的厚度, 使制作成本得以降低, 并进一步提高了擦拭巾的柔软度; 擦拭层 1与衬垫层 2之间采用胶接、机械 连接、 热复合、 超声波复合中的一种或其结合。
图 8中显示的是本发明的设置有定位条的擦拭巾的俯视示意图, 其中 的该定位条 7设置在本发明的擦拭巾分层结构的各层之间的相对位置上, 其中优选的是采用彼此平行设置的方式设置在该分层结构的对应的位置 上。 定位条 7与各结构层之间选用热复合、 流涎复合、 粘接复合中的一种, 其中较为优选的方案是选用热复合。
其中在定位条 7之间设置有与其平行的易撕缝 8。可以很明显地看出, 湿润的擦拭层 2外表面复合有防水保护膜 5。 防水保护膜 5与湿润的第一擦 拭层 1之间应当紧密贴合并且易于揭贴。 为防止水分的蒸发, 并简化工艺, 降低生产成本, 在完成产品包装时, 还可以选用将两片复合擦拭巾的湿润 的第一擦拭层 1贴合, 并通过在邻接处侧边涂覆粘接胶或其它复合的方法 实现对湿润的第一擦拭层 1的保水效果, 如果上述构造制成卷材, 在定位 条 7的中间可以利用热切工艺形成易撕缝 8,或先粘结后切割形成易撕缝 8, 这样可节省在湿润的第一擦拭层 1表面贴覆的防水保护膜 5,从而可以节约 制作材料, 但并不脱离本实用新型的实质内容。
为了保证上述的多层擦拭巾的多层结构的牢固, 并且使用过程中不 会污染手, 并且质地柔软,手感好。本发明的擦拭巾应具备以下性能参数。
首先需要说明的是, 由于本发明的擦拭巾为多层结构, 因此在上述 实施例中的擦拭巾使用过程中需要防止上述多层结构的剥离, 以图 1中的 第一实施例为例, 本发明的衬垫层 2与隔水层 3的剥离强度应当与衬垫层 2 与擦拭层 1的剥离强度均足够大, 但是这样还不足以满足避免由于该擦拭 巾层间连接剥离或者脱落带来的使用该擦拭巾擦拭过程中产生的问题,因 为由于衬垫层 2与隔水层 3的剥离强度与衬垫层 2与第一擦拭层 1的剥离强 度不一致,这样就可能产生衬垫层 2与隔水层 3先于衬垫层 2与第一擦拭层 1 剥离, 导致擦拭过程中人手受到污染。 由于该多层擦拭巾的使用过程中衬 垫层 2与隔水层 3之间的连接部位为主要的受力点。因此在这种情况下能够 满足衬垫层 2与隔水层 3之间的剥离强度要远大于衬垫层 2与擦拭层 1之间 的剥离强度,这样才能避免由于衬垫层 2与隔水层 3之间剥离对该多层结构 在使用上的缺点。
同时上述擦拭巾衬垫层 2与擦拭层 1之间的剥离强度也不宜过小, 因 为如果该剥离强度过小, 就会导致第一擦拭层 1很容易脱落, 造成擦拭巾 的无法使用。 因此, 优选的, 第一擦拭层 1与衬墊层 2的剥离强度为隔水层 3与衬垫层 2之间剥离强度的 1/5以上。更优选的, 根据申请人的大量试验, 上述衬垫层 2与隔水层 3的经向的剥离强度为 1.00 - 1.50 (N/2.5CM), 纬向 的剥离强度 0.90- 1.00 (N/2.5CM); 而衬垫层 2与第一擦拭层 1的经向的剥 离强度为 0.20— 0.30CN/2.5CM),纬向的剥离强度为 0.18-0.25(N/2.5CM) (剥离强度的定义以及测量均是根据中国国家标准 FZ/T 80007.1-2006)。
其次在使用该擦拭巾的过程中, 还需要避免由于在擦拭巾的作用力太 大, 而导致隔水层 3破裂而使得预存在衬垫层的清洁溶液溢出导致手的污 染, 因此该擦拭巾的整体需要满足在承受一定压力的情况下隔水层 3不会 破裂。 通过试验表明, 一个人在使用标准的 5X5cm的正方形本发明的擦拭 巾的面积上作用力最大不会超过 8kg, 即在该最大强度的作用力作用在擦 拭巾的前提下如果该隔水层 3不破裂, 则需要该擦拭巾的静水压达到 3. Okpao这样就能够满足该静水压的系数的前提之下, 该擦拭巾不会由于 作用力而导致隔水层的破裂。当然在使用上述的标准的 5X 5cm擦拭巾的过 程中实际作用力一般不会超过 6.5kg, 这样只要满足该擦拭巾的静水压系 数为 2.5kpa就能够满足该擦拭巾的正常使用而不至于隔水层 3在使用过程 中产生破裂现象 (静水压的定义以及测量均是根据中国国家标准 GB/T 4744 - 1997)。
再次为了保证该擦拭巾在使用过程中柔软度的要求, 仍然以本发明 的图 1中的实施例为例, 为了保证该擦拭巾的柔软程度, 本发明通过对该 擦拭巾硬挺度的限定来达到保证该擦拭巾的柔软程度的目的,上述的为了 保证该多层擦拭巾的柔软度的该擦拭巾的弯曲刚度经向最大为 0.8mN. cm, 纬向最大为 0.30niN. cm; 所述的多层擦拭巾的弯曲长度经向最大为 lcm, 纬 向最大为 0.6cm (硬挺度的测定是根据中国国家标准 GB/T18318- 2001测得 的)。
因此通过采用上述的技术方案, 本发明在现有技术的基础上, 通过 采用擦拭层和隔水层之间复.合一蓬松的衬垫层的结构设计,实现了各结构 层之间在达到了配合强度的同时, 满足了擦拭巾整体质地柔软的技术效 果。衬垫层选用质地蓬松的非织造布或纤维, 具有比现有产品更为良好的 柔软适用性效果, 并且不会由于隔水层的破裂在使用过程中污染人手。
而本发明的保护范围并不限于上述实施例, 而是只要满足能够构成 本发明权利要求书中技术特征的组合就落入了本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要 求书
1、 一种多层复合擦拭巾., 包括隔水层以及在隔水层一侧设置的第一擦拭 层, 其特征在于, 在所述的隔水层与第一擦拭层之间设置有衬垫层, 该衬 垫层两侧分别与隔水层以及第一擦拭层复合连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的多层复合擦拭巾, 其特征在于, 所述的衬垫层还 预留有用于擦拭人体和 /或物体表面的清洁溶液。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的多层复合擦拭巾, 其特征在于, 为了防止所 述的擦拭巾的多层结构在使用过程中剥离而污染人手的衬垫层与隔水层 的剥离强度大于衬垫层与第一擦拭层的剥离强度。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的多层复合擦拭巾, 其特征在于, 所述的为了防止 第一擦拭层与衬垫层过早剥离的衬垫层与隔水层的剥离强度不大于衬垫 层与擦拭层所对应的剥离强度的五倍以上。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的多层复合擦拭巾, 其特征在于, 所述的衬垫层 与隔水层的经向的剥离强度为 1.00-1.50 (N/2.5CM), 纬向的剥离强度 0.90-1.00 (N/2.5CM); 所述的衬垫层与第一擦拭层的经向的剥离强度为 0.20-0.30 (N/2.5CM), 纬向的剥离强度为 0.18— 0.25 (N/2.5CM)。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的多层复合擦拭巾, 其特征在于, 所述的多层 擦拭巾的为满足防透水的整体的静水压不小于 2.5KPa。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的多层复合擦拭巾, 其特征在于, 所述的多层擦拭 巾的为满足防透水的整体的静水压不小于 3.0KPa。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的多层复合擦拭巾, 其特征在于, 所述的为了保证 该多层擦拭巾的柔软度的该擦拭巾的弯曲刚度经向最大为 0.8mN. cm,纬向 最大为 0.30 mN. cm; 所述的多层擦拭巾的弯曲长度经向最大为 lcm, 纬向 最大为 0.6cra。
9、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的多层复合擦拭巾, 其特征在于, 所述的擦拭 层表面上还设置有用于增加第一擦拭层擦拭能力的凹点。
10、 根据权利要求 2所述的多层复合擦拭巾, 其特征在于, 所述的第一擦 拭层表面还设置一层防水保护膜。
11、 根据权利要求 2或 10所述的多层复合擦拭巾, 其特征在于, 所述的衬 垫层在异于第一擦拭层的另一侧还设置有一层干燥的第二擦拭层,该第二 擦拭层具有至少一层结构或者具有彼此层叠、且采用复合连接的至少双层 结构。
12、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的多层复合擦拭巾, 其特征在于, 所述的第一 擦拭层为单层结构或者彼此层叠、 且采用复合连接的至少双层结构, 位于 至少双层结构的内侧结构层的表面与衬垫层的表面采用复合连接。
13、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的多层复合擦拭巾, 其特征在于, 所述的擦拭 层采用非织造布和 /或无尘纸; 所述的衬垫层采用非织造布或纤维。
14、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的多层复合擦拭巾, 其特征在于, 所述的衬垫 层与隔水层之间采用流涎复合或胶接、 机械连接、 热复合、 超声复合中的 一种或者结合; 所述擦拭层与衬垫层之间采用胶接、 机械连接、 热复合、 超声复合中的一种或者结合。
15、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的多层复合擦拭巾, 其特征在于, 在所述的各 结构层的表面及与其相邻的各结构层的对应位置设置有至少两条间隔分 布的定位条。
16、 根据权利要求 13所述的多层复合擦拭巾, 其特征在于, 在所述的定位 条之间设置有与其平行的易撕缝。
