Abstract
L'invention concerne des appareils (des filtres électriques) destinés à nettoyer les gaz des particules solides en suspension et peut servir dans différentes industries. Le filtre électrique comprend un boîtier, un diffuseur, un concentrateur, des grilles de distribution de gaz et un système d'électrodes de collecte et d'électrodes corona. La grille de distribution de gaz dans le concentrateur est montée entre ces couples d'entrée et de sortie de manière à ce qu'un intervalle existe entre ses bords et les parois du concentrateur. Le rapport de la distance séparant ses bords et la sortie du concentrateur par rapport à sa longueur est compris entre 0,4 et 0,7, et le rapport de la surface de la grille et de la surface de sortie du concentrateur est compris entre 3,4 et 5,2. La mise en oeuvre de cette invention permet d'assurer un champ de vitesses régulier à la sortie du filtre électrique et, partant, une réduction d'émissions de poussière, qui est réduite de 1,6 à 2,5 fois alors que la consommation de métal est également réduite (jusqu'à 3,4 fois), de même que la résistance hydraulique; la durée de vie utile est prolongée grâce à l'élimination de dépôts de poussière dans la partie inférieure de la grille.
