Abstract

　本発明の１つの態様に係る電気熱変換器は、導電材料からなる誘導コイルと、磁性を有する金属からなり、誘導コイルに隣接して配設された少なくとも１つの被加熱体と、被加熱体との間に少なくとも１つの流路を形成する外枠と、誘導コイルに高周波電流を供給して、被加熱体を介して流路内の流体を加熱することを特徴とする。このように、誘導コイルに高周波電流を供給すると被加熱体が加熱され、被加熱体が流路を流れる流体と直接的に接しているので、被加熱体を介して流体を極めて効率的に、かつ応答性よく加熱することができる。
