Abstract

【課題】フィルムロール全長に亘って物性のきわめて均一であり、良好な熱収縮性、ミシン目易カット性と良好な耐ブロッキング性、溶剤接着強度とを同時に発現し、ホットウォーマー内での保存に耐え得るラベルを作成可能な熱収縮性ポリスチレン系樹脂積層フィルムロールを提供する。 【解決手段】本発明のフィルムロールは、ポリスチレン系樹脂からなるコア層にポリエステル系樹脂からなるスキン層を積層してなるポリスチレン系樹脂積層フィルムを巻き取ったものであり、フィルムの巻き終わりから2m以内に1番目の試料切り出し部を設け、フィルムの巻き始めから2m以内に最終の切り出し部を設けるとともに、1番目の試料切り出し部から約100m毎に試料切り出し部を設けた場合に、各切り出し部から切り出されたすべての試料について、スキン層厚みの変動率、熱収縮率が、所定の範囲となるように調整されている。
